Didn't work very well for me because the plastic clip isn't very strong, and would fall off. Would probably work better on one's jeans, but it gets cold here, and I had hooked it on my jacket pocket.

I purchased this water bowl for use at the dog park. It seems fairly sturdy and has a nice squat shape that would be hard for a dog to accidentally knock over. It also holds a pretty good amount of water. I wish the blue cap were easier to screw on. It usually takes me several tries because it seems to want to cross thread. The main issue I have, though, is that the blue cap fills with less than an inch of water under normal operation. The water level rises significantly when I apply pressure to the other end of the container using my foot. Once I release the pressure, the water level falls back down. This is a MUCH better solution for dog-training-treats than a typical fanny pack. It has a waterproof lining, which means I can take "high value" treats (like real bacon bits or chicken liver bits, etc) in summer because I can put ice cubes in it to keep the baggies of high-value treats safely cool. When done with training I simply turn it inside-out and rinse it and let it dry in my dish-rack overnight. But it's not for the too-terribly-generous of girth. I'm about a Misses size 8 and there isn't all that much belt-length left. I'd guess it would fit perhaps a size 16, no more.
