This is a great product. My dog & cat love having fresh water available all the time. It has a good capacity too. It has a very quiet motor except when it needs to be cleaned. It sounds like a water feature in the house when it is turned up high.

these work great! my cats love their water again and drink more of it, too. texas water is hard and tasteless; this at least makes the water palatable and drinkable. the only gripe i have about them is that now that i have a drinkwell, the filters are hard as hell to find locally. now i have to go on the internet to find them. the best part of finding them on the internet? well, that has to be that they are actually cheaper!!

I bought this with my fountain, and am kind of disappointed with the largest brush. It has very stiff bristles, and does not have enough on the tip to do a thorough job of cleaning the tank or bowl. The smaller brushes do a good job, but I think that some pipe cleaners would do just as good, and a baby bottle brush would be far superior to the large brush. I say save your money on this pack of brushes.

I love this fountain. My cats love this fountain. I bought the larger resevoir. It's easy to clean. The motor is quiet. I keep it in the bedroom and I like the sound of the running water. I highly recommend the drinkwell fountain!

This water fountain is great. My cats (a long hair and short hair tabby) were a little skeptical at first due to the bubbles, but got used to it in less than an hour. I love how much water it holds - I only have to refill it every week and a half or so. The air pump is noiser than expected but it's no louder than the refrigerator so it's easily tuned out. The only time I've noticed it being too loud was when it got knocked on it's side until I moved it right side up. The air nozzle knob that controls the air bubbles doesn't seem to have a wide range of pressures and is stiff to turn. After finding a tolerable level for my cats, I left it alone to ease my frustration. Cleaning is a breeze (I just clean it with a regular soap dispensing brush)and I haven't noticed clumps of hair or food congregating ... Read More

K&H 1.5 gal. Thermal Bowl, assorted colors I provide some food, shelter and water for stray animals during the cold winter months. I used to have to break the ice out of the water dish several times a day and hope that my little friends came before it froze over. This thermal bowl is exactly what I needed! We've had temperatures in the single digits, and the bowl keeps the water liquid without a sign of ice. I have recommended it to friends who have outdoor pets.

The bowls slowed down the dogs somewhat when they ate. The one thing I didn't like was they slide too easily. After I bought these I found them at petsmart and they had rubber on the botten so that they wouldn't slide around and they were cheaper.

This is the first negative review of a product I have made. I just purchased the drinkwell platinum, the aqua garden, and pretty much all of the extra accessories that go along with it. I love the fountain, it really works well, and both my dogs and my cat like it, and drink more. I really wanted to like the aqua garden as well (especially since I bought the starter plus 2 more packages of refills). My cat is the only one who eats the grass, but as another reviewer stated, he eats it about as fast as it grows. So, what is supposed to look like a somewhat lush little patch of kitty grass, looks like a stringy few pieces of almost dead grass. It's still a little early to tell if this will do the job in really cold temps. It's only reached a low of 23 degrees here. The water has stayed unfrozen so far. If you think this product will actually warm the water you will be mistaken.The water temp itself is very cold, like refrigerated water. I mistakenly thought I could also use it to keep canned food from getting cold and hard quickly, my mistake. So if you want it only for what it states it will do, keep water from freezing, then it looks like a great product! It's also the right size. It's not as big as others I have seen.

The Reservoir did not come with the inside rubber band that helps seal it......result, it leaks like a sieve. The receipt says I cannot return "used" products, so I'm stuck with it.
