I really really love this product, but I must give it only 2 stars because it was not built very well. First let me address the ethics of using a "shock collar". Whenever I tell people I got a shock collar for my dog, some of them become livid. I have an Italian greyhound that is a total spaz - I love him to death but sometimes he is too much. He is too smart for his own good. I have had other breeds that were much more obedient and train well. Rather than losing my patience and getting angry, I merely use the collar and he responds immediately. In regards to the shock part - I have tested it on myself and found that it does not hurt but it is rather a "jolt". It has an adjustable zap setting. This is a well constructed product. Although a little large for our dog (a Cocker), it serves us well for the purpose we needed it for. Recommend highly.

I bought this ball for my big mouthed golden retriever because he gets bored easily and I thought this might keep him entertained. I tried showing him how to get the treats out, but all he wanted to do is take it to a corner and chew on on it. He had a small hole chewed in it within the first ten minutes. I have taken it away for now and will try to teach him a few more times, but if you have a large dog who is a chewer I would not recommend this toy. I will definately not be able to leave him unattended with it.

The product worked well and the dog is happy. A happy Beagle is a good Beagle in my book! The product came quickly, as promised, and I would definately reccomend ordering via Amazon.com in the future. I've used Amazon.com many many times over the years and will continue to do so.

I set this feeder up to try before leaving town. I froze ice packs & set for 12 hour feeding. It started rotating 12 hours later, then reversed 2 slots, then reversed again, & kept going back & forth non-stop. I finally just turned it off. When I took it apart to remove battery the ice packs were already melted & warm. I'm glad I tested before leaving town because I would have come home to a dead cat.

Why oh why didn't I turn in the old comforter and fitted sheet earlier ? ! This cover is amazing ! It's easy to vac the pet hair off, and is a perfect fit for my Honda CRV. It even hangs over just enough to protect the sides of the seat when my lab mix jumps in and out of the car. I have fabric seats, so the cover stays put and doesn't shift around at all. It's also flexible enough for when I need to collapse the seats. I am one happy camper.
