The directions for setting-up wireless printing did not work for a Lenovo notebook printer with Vista. Calling the TOLL phone line (that's right, not a toll-free number), I got a tech support person who for several minutes insisted that I needed a cable to connect - did not recognize that this is supposed to be wireless-accessible. Finally was redirected to a more senior tech support person who worked with me to try to connect. But, after TWO HOURS on the telephone, with no connection, this person said he would call me back after checking some information. He did, but it still didn't work. This is a beautifully made and operating product that I have not had the time to test all of it's capabilities. Like so many electronic products making their appearance, each generation is progressively more complex than the previous to the point that, at times, they beome cumbersome and hard to use. By the time the user gets to be ninety years old, simply inserting a piece of paper and giving the knob on the platten a spin and then typing would be a blessing.

This is a very nifty little gadget. The pictures are good quality, they don't bleed or run, and they're the perfect size for the wallet. Bad points: one charge lasts for about a pack of ten sheets. Still, a great little device.

I purchased this printer to use in a photo booth that I'm building for my wedding in January. I did a lot of research to find the fastest but still good looking prints. The PM260 delivers! The first print can be in your hands in about a minute and additional prints will be done in about 45 seconds. The quality is astounding. I've used up the initial cartridge and paper in testing my photo booth software and every print looked great. One thing that did surprise me was the size of the printer. This is a nice sized portable printer. We've only had it a short time and just used it a few times, but it works great. It's very light weight and easy to take along. So far we've been very pleased with it. It's not a high-end photo printer, but it does a nice job of printing.

Really nice unit that fit my needs perfectly. I wanted a machine that would very quickly and reliably scan documents to my pc, but also be versatile enough to send a few faxes a day and perform light printing. The machine is very fast. Does a great job. I highly recommend for someone not needing color printing. I am very pleased with the quality of the machine and it's performance.

I was delighted to find the HP J6480 and all its great reviews. I have an HP PC and thought that it would be a great fit from a compatibility perspective. Unfortunately, the software for this product is EXTREMELY poor. I have spent 167 minutes on the phone with support troubleshooting issues and they still have not been resolved. All in all, this is a good plug and play double sided printer for basics but the setup is challenging and the software package is pretty problematic. Kinda wish I had gone with the Canon Pixma MP610.

I love my new printer! It prints Spectacularly! Wow... Everything was easy to set up and put together. Epson really put a lot of effort with the packing of the printer and the cartridges, etc. I was impressed. But, what impressed me more is how this printer prints! Really beautiful photos. Crisp and clear. CLEAN - no streaks or weird colors. I love the two paper trays. One for regular paper and the other for photo paper. I've purchased some 4" x 6" paper and have it ready to go in the paper tray. No more taking the tray out, removing the paper that's in there and putting the other paper in. It's all ready for me.
