This product is perfect for simple backup solution. I have been looking for a backup drive, researching models from the simple external USB to NAS drives. All I really wanted is something reliable enough for me to make a copy of my data every so often. Many of the existing external drives seem to have reliability problems based on user reviews. Then I found this product. I love its simplicity of single USB-powered wire and the small form factor. I don't care so much for performance as for convenience since I use it for backup every few months. If you are running Windows, I recommend reformatting the drive to NTFS right out of the box so to store large-size files. If you just want to occasionally make a copy of your data as backup, ditch the included software (I didn't even bother peek ... Read More

I bought this card as part of a package with my Canon camera. It works well in the camera. Whoever, I cannot seem to get any on my computers to read the card directly. Not a big problem. But it is an annoyance. This means I have to dig out my USB cable, and hook it up to the camera. I think this may be related to the cards HC rating.

They pretty much work or don't work. This is does. While it's case is plastic it has held up to more then it's share of abuse without complaint. No errors, no fouls. And at the time a good price for the amount of storage space.

I've been looking around for a laptop cooler for a while. Looking throughout the internet, each was bombarded with reasons as to why I should and shouldn't buy that specific laptop cooler. After finding this one, I finally took the plunge and bought it. I immediately loved it! After two months of use, here's what I've found

Pros:
-Provides great space for airflow in between that laptop and the cooler. It even has little rubber pegs. So, if your laptop doesn't have any rubber feet on the bottom anymore, this provides a convenient way to prop up that laptop. (If you do buy the cooler, the rubber pegs won't be on the product. Look inside the directions bag and you'll see them!)
-It sucks the air from its side! Definitely better than coolers which use the bottom get cool air. ... Read More

I use external hard drives on all the PC's in my office and home ( 8 in total). I've owned many brands over the last 10 or so years. The first external drive I purchased approx 1999 was an Iomega 60 gig. I still own it and is plugged into one of my desktop Pc's. I originally purhased it becasue Iomega sold me on their Zip drives. Over the years I tried Maxtor's, Western digital and seagates and all have died only the Iomega has survived. We had a good run with western digital but it seemed a few died after only a year and a half. If the line History always repeats itself is true then this drive should be around for years to come.

It's a solid drive that very quite. Hard drives are pretty much all the same with the big difference being how long they last. With my current drive lasting nearly ... Read More

I use this card with my new Canon SD790IS 10MP Digital Camera. I can get more than 900 photos on the highest settings. It records quickly, ready for me to take a second pic in a millisecond. I know technology advances, but this is way better than the 1GB SD card I used for my previous camera.

I now go out looking for ways to fill the card up with every trip!

I just purchased this for my Blackberry Curve 8330 based on the reviews.I loaded it with about 4g of songs and put it in my Blackberry. The songs were there and sounded great, but it totally slowed down my devise. It seems that every function is on a 2 second delay including typing. It seemed to be acting a bit strange as well. Not sure if there is anything that can be done to prevent this. Any suggestions??
