Truly a piece of art when displayed upon the recharging dock. The battery does seem to last forever, so in an effort to not hurt the bateery i keep the charging dock unpluged so i can still display the keyboard, but i dont have to have it needlessly be charging. I kind of do miss a side numerical keypad, but not so much as to want another keyboard. the touchpad is a nice option, i find that the horizontal scrolling feature could use some fine tuning though.

Works very well with a Mac Mini in spite of the fact it isn't officially supported. Been using it for a month and the battery is still going strong. The trackpad could be a bit more responsive in scrolling but the keyboard is great and doesn't miss a beat.

I've been using the Razer Viper(close to similar to all the slim line Razer mice) for a year, which I will be comparing to the Deathadder. I have been using the eXactMat w/ wristrest as well.

The finger positioning is considerably different, the Deathadder slightly raises your 2 front fingers and spreads out your thumb and finger that hold the mouse(speaking as a fingertip user). Although it feels a little bigger the size is a little more comfortable and gives more of a controlled feeling. Also the Deathadder has a very steep slope off of the back of the mouse even though the picture makes it appear like a much larger mouse with a big rear.

The weight of the slim mouse is so light that it couldn't be any lighter without removing essential components, which they may have ... Read More

Bought this for myself because I love drawing with pencils/pens on paper, but havent yet quite gotten the hang of drawing things with a mouse.
This little pad is quite addictive.
Takes a little getting used to though because of the rather small area you have to work in.
I'd give it a full 5 stars if not for that.
Ease of use seems to be the way they tried going, but it can be a bit awkward/cramped feeling from time to time when you're trying to get a line just right only to notice the line was just cut short because your stylus went out of the little rectangle.
Still, an altogether solid product, and seems very good for the price.
Seems to me like it would be best used though to touch up and finalize images after first drawing them on paper and then scanning the image.

I had Microsoft 3000 Wireless Mouse before and I was very satisfied with it, til I have broken my connector :( (Nothing with construction, it was my stupid fault). Than I have decided to buy newer one. MISTAKE... I mean it's not bad mouse it's working well, but compared to 3000 it's step back. The most annoying thing is wheel, this one doesn't have "steps" like it was by 3000 and if you wanna use it for clicking f.e. for opening new tab, you'll became crazy...

so buying this mouse is not bad choice at all, depend on individual requirements

if you own 3000 and you're satisfied and now you're thinking about upgrading to 4000, DON'T DO IT... ;) you can be very dissapointed

I have used Dell, Gateway, Logitech and other keyboards. This is the only one that DOESN'T WORK until Windows come up. So basically, if you need to select your OS or do work on the BIOS that requires keyboard info, it won't work. Keyboard failure shows up during boot.

I'm running it through an internal USB card on a Dell server because the internal ones on the Dell don't respond although being powered up and showing as operational in Windows. I also tried using one of those usb to ps/2 connectors that Logitech thoughtfully includes with their keyboards and mice, still didn't work.

So I have to keep an old, beat-up Gateway keyboard around in case I have to do maintenance on the system.

First item defective - batteries too hot to touch after 2 minutes (internal short?). No connectivity to PC. RMA'd and second item better but this time batteries are DEAD. Using own batteries, finally working. Item has nice feel. Back button not too convenient but works. Nice fold up for travel. Buy but beware...

I have owned 2 of these. I use them on my media center.

The first lasted about a year. Then the receiver mysteriously stopped recognizing the keyboard.
The next lasted me about 2 days before the same situation happened.
More than a little cursing happened.

I don't know if its a lack of hot-swap-ability or something else but the keyboards still work but my receivers are fried. they still think they work, but they don't connect to the keyboard. Mac's give me the "I need to identify the keyboard" script and pcs just sit there dumb.
BUT if you're willing to give it a chance.. its quite comfortable and easy to use on the lap or couch.
There are much better keyboards out there but not too many with a track ball included.

This was my first wireless mouse, and I enjoyed the convenience of going wireless. I have had this mouse for about a year and a half, and after a while, it seemed that it would not respond. The pointer would move when I would move the mouse, but clicking would have no effect. I would have to click many times to wait for the mouse to respond. This has been happening more frequently within the last six months. I have changed the battery a couple of times, and even did so recently but that did not improve performance. Today I received the Microsoft Comfort Optical Mouse 3000 ( D1T-00002 ) to replace it and put the wireless mouse away. I give it three stars because it is comfortable, compact, ergonomic, and was fun at first. But I had to move on. It was too frustrating.
