I have carried this PDA in my front pocket for three years. After numerous collisions with furniture and such, it still works as new. The metal case and folding design keep me from replacing this with a newer PDA. My only complaint would be the lack of Mac support.

The seller says they did not get paid and Amazon say they paid them on the 15th of May and its the 31st. I asked to expedited it and I still have not gotten it. Ordering through Amazon has not been very good! This is the second time that I have had problems. It's been almost a month and I still don't have a Palm Piolet.

Since 2001, I have had a Palm M100, 105, 500, Clie SJ-22, and now the SJ-33. This isn't a pocket pc, but I love mine and would highly recommend it--especially if you don't mind the fact that Sony doesn't make them anymore. Docs to Go works great, and so does the MP3 player (you can bypass the Sony software and download songs directly as you would any other MP3 player). Runs videos well with Kinoma. The sound on the MP3 isn't great solo, but better than nothing--and it works great when you plug it into your computer speakers. Also, the MP3 has a "hold" feature that saves battery life. Also, dimming the light can also help with the battery.I would also recommend buying a Stowaway XT portable keyboard (works great and you can charge it while you type), making this little thing ... I've had a 4355 for 4 years-and last week it was literally run over by a bus! I reviewed and tested many new PDA/Smartphone devices, but none of them were suited to my needs-easy typing, stable and usable word processing and spreadsheets, easy customization and reliability. Most of the new units sacrificed utility to include phones, games or text messaging-not what I needed. Fortunately, I was able to buy a brand new 4355 from an Amazon seller. After a week of using a borrowed late-model PDA, it was such a relief to get back to the best business tool I've used.

I have had my dell axim for several years now, this is a great product for multimedia purposes. You can download many programs and have music,movies,GPS navigation(need reciever), and much much more with this device. I need to mention that dell pda's has several problems with the software and hardware. There are web sites out there to help buyers with various problems from this device. I had to replace my initial Dell axim x50v because of a digitizer problem. My screen would not align and my stylus was never acurate, but after getting a replacment, I have yet to run into any major problems. I recommend having some type of warranty with this product since it has a reputation of so many problems if you are going to purchase this.
