I got this back in 2002, it was one of the first color palms. I did not have a cell phone back in the day, so this was useful for games, organizer, etc... The batter was not replaceable on it. It was pretty cool, I used to put PDF books on it, and I had Sim City, and it would sync web content when I put it into a cradle. Also had pocket office, and a fold out keyboard. Wish my Nokia N75 had that.

I have purchased this product and had the idea that it offered 802.1 wifi compatibility. It didnt so i had to go out and buy a socket wifi CF card. Other than this problem i have been fine. Works smoothly but its battery could be a little longer. Lasts about 2 days when in fair use. Excellent for non-wifi users. Holds SD CF type memory cards, contacts,appointments, tasks, any media file (not on all DMA files), and if u have the right tools the memory card could hold a couple full length movies. Overall Excellent Product high 4 stars

This would be a wonderful device if you never needed technical support, or if they offered it in English. I have yet, in numerous calls to Dell, to speak to someone who can understand ordinary English sentences or speak without a heavy middle eastern accent. As I write, I'm on hold for the seventh time in the same call. I have been passed back and forth all morning. Everyone is "sorry" for the inconvenience. All I want to know is the secret technique to replace the backup battery without taking the unit out of service and mailing it to Dell. This question has sent them into an endless loop of confusion. I've had my PDA for about a year and never had a major problem however one month after the extended warantee expired my backlight burned out. The color screen is useless without it. This is a chronic problem with the sony Clie's. They offer very little support for this problem if your expensive pda burns out. A know design flaw that cost as much as the pda to fix. Don't buy a sony Clie if you can't afford to replace the unit after a year.
