i purchased this phone about 2 months ago after destroying my last... i love it... people see it and there jealous i have a blackberry....i accidentally dropped the phone a few to many times and destroyed the screen.. but its almost as much to replace as the actually phone cost. but i definitely recommend this to someone who doesn't wanna pay a bunch of money and still have a qwerty keyboard plus much more...the phones usually has great reception... clarity isn't that great but i usually only use it for texting so doesn't put me out much...

It only has up to Flash Player 6 which is built in, in it, and to the best of my knowledge and research at this moment of writting this review and I have done some, I can't upgrade it. Thus I can't play Youtube, Dailymotion, etc. on it or watch movies on it. Maybe if somebody know how to upgrade it to the latest Flash Player or to atleast Flash Player 9 or maybe to something equivalent or comparable, I would ask them to please share that knowledge here.

I bought my Sony Clié PEG-T615C/U of eBay for $160.00 CAD in December of 2003. It was the best purchase of my life. I used it for taking notes in class and the battery life was good enough for me to use at school and charge every night. I would play games on public transport to school and home and would act as my alarm clock each night. Ultimately, the best thing ever. In mid-June of 2004, all of a sudden, my Clié refused to charge. The green cradle light failed to light, as did the orange unit light. It wouldn't HotSync either. I put it on the shelf and couldn't use it anymore. In August of 2004, I took it to Sony Repair Service. They said that it would cost $175 CAD to repair, but before they could repair it, they would have to look at it which costs $50 CAD. This phone is such a great product. I had it for 3 years before it was broken and had to switch to another. This phone was a great music player, radio, and when used with my laptop gave me better internet access than most wireless internet access points used in most people's homes. I am going to replace it with another Sony Ericsson and it will probably be this one or a new one from this brand.

I bought this unit about 2 years ago and love the features it has. Unfortunately some days the battery and the unit works fine, the next day it loses the entire battery and the unit is completely dead with no data left. Basically on good days the unit uses about 10% battery life, on bad days the entire battery will go all at once. Further research has shown all the Toshiba PDA's suffer from the same problem. Never will I buy one from Toshiba again.
