great memory stick for the price. with the 8gb being almost the same price as the 4gb, it's a no brainer as to which to buy. speed wise, for a psp, this runs just as well as the faster memory stick since PSP aren't the fastest loading machine on the market. For photo, i would recommend a fast chip if you're all nuts into taking huge pictures super fast. This works great for the average picture takers

As stated above, item shipped from Chi-Tek, cost about $6 and did not work out of the box. Chi-Tek's return policy says one must ship back to them via USPS 1st class signature required. This type shipping cost more than I paid for the item. When I contacted them about a cheaper shipping method, they said "sorry, we stand by our return policy". So I an stuck with a non working Memory Stick. If one buys from Chi-Tek through Amazon, be very careful to read all fine print.

Works like it should in the sony camera it was meant for. I docked one star because it has two pieces. Why sony did this I don't know. It's one other thing that gets lost or you forget to bring.

I accidentally stumbled onto this product. Where has it been. This is exactly what I have been looking for for at least 7 years, a device that will simpley transfer my old (1980's) VHS no definition and transfer them to DVD. It does not get any easier than this. I barely glanced at the instructions and proceeded to copy a DVD. My first one did not have any audio. That was soon rectified by plugging the audio cables in from the player to the copier.(duh)I was copying from a Sony mini DV camcorder. I then pluged the MC5 into a standard VCR as plain as it gets nothing fancy and proceeded to copy one of my old VHS tapes. IT WORKED! The sound and picture were as good as they ever were. This product is great. Hands down. It only took me a few minutes to get a real feel for it, once the zoom and reference angle were correct I was in love. I own thousands of books and many have been read and reread hundreds of times. I've purchased a few copies of too many of those books. Paperbacks wear out over time and Hardcovers have become collector items for me. I rarely read a hardcover anymore, as I want to keep most of them in pristine order. Now though I don't worry about that at all! I buy and download the books I want and have about 40 of them on my reader at all times!
