This TV has really a great HD picture, outstanding contrast ratio for the price great for my small room. The only problem is that the internal speakers sound like a $1 store radio... Plan on buying some external speakers with a subwoofer to really enjoy it.

Better than expected. Great resolution; large keyboard. I see why techy experts rate this one better than the MSI Wind or the Acer. And no problems with the wireless connection. Set up was a snap; easy as 1-2-3.

I bought this model last Monday and have had the opportunity to test it out. First, the HDTV attributes. All the HD feeds I have watched looked great on this TV (especially the feeds from Discovery and NBA on TNT, they had me stopped in my tracks!). As I have this monitor in a small bedroom, those 1080i signals look amazing, even on a small screen. The 720p stuff looks great too, and the SD broadcasts are definitely watchable. Second, the LCD monitor attributes. I tested my mid-2008 midline macbook (white) using the mini DVI to VGA adapter. The text on several websites (facebook, iGoogle, Gmail) were clear for me, and a test of Hulu's HD stream of 30 rock looked almost as good as the NBC broadcast. There seems to be some confusion whether or not the T220HD can be wall mounted. Granted it does not have the VESA holes but SamsungParts has a wall mount adapter WMB1900T 19-22 VESA 100X100 bracket. Why Amazon doesn't show this item as an accessory for the T220/T220HD I don't know. As far as the T220HD goes it has all the bells and whistles you need the only thing i think is missing is a USB hub. This link should get you to the bracket. Wall Mount Bracket 19-22"

I bought this to replace a 19" LCD and am happy with it. It required a fair amount of tweaking as it was VERY bright and VERY blue out of the box. It was easy enough to correct using my video driver, but no other monitor I have used required so much adjustment. I was actually afraid something was wrong with it, it was so off. I have an older video card so full screen video does still ghost a little, but smaller video is fine, so I don't think it's the monitor. Both text and images look great and are very sharp. The only complaint I have is that the viewing angle is VERY narrow. Sitting at my desk it looks great, but if I stand up in front of the monitor the color shifts dramatically and washes out. This monitor is big enough for anyone with limited visual problems. True colors and clear sharp picture. Easy controls on the side of the screen. Turns on quickly without lag as some monitors do. It is light enough to move anywhere on the desk but secure enough not to be knocked over. The price is wonderful and the delivery was fast. The monitor was delivered safely and right to my door. I used the free shipping method and it was delivered in two days. This was an amazing experience from delivery to viewing. The Set-up is easy and the computer linked with the monitor immediately. There was no need for the info CD. Wonderful, a great buy.

The Touch of Color 220 is a superb monitor for the price. Samsung has done a good job really catching up to many industry leaders in the visual dept. The 2MS and 2000:1 ratio makes an excellent monitor for both the average user and a gamer. The widescreen is a comfortable size and the exterior fo the monitor has decent curb appeal. Finally, the fact that the monitor is not sucking power like many is also a subsidiary perk!

This is a great monitor for general use. I bought six of these for the office and there was not a single dead pixel among the six. The monitor is annoyingly bright using the default settings, but that was easy to adjust. Our desktops don't have DVI video cards but even using the VGA connection the picture is excellent. I imagine it would be even better using DVI. Overall it's a great step up from an old CRT or a smaller LCD.
