The N810 WiMax Edition, if you can even get your hands on it, is a fun little device. It is just like the regular (blue) N810, but with a WiMax radio tuned to 2.5 GHz for WiMax service provided by Xohm (the only WiMax provider). The device is not locked to WiMax, but any provider at 2.5 GHz. The battery life is good, but with the WiMax signal, the connection drops when driving around, but the Xohm service is brand new (less than a month old at this time of writting) and I'm sure there will be improvements in the works.

Folks, as of today (Nov 2008) - you have much better alternatives to N810 - I own one and I am recommending not to purchase N810. I recently purchased Nokia E71 - a smartphone - it has everything N810 has to offer except a much smaller screen. N810 has bigger screen with a nice resolution but it is painful to use it in U.S. given that you almost all the time need to pair with a web-enabled phone - it is hard to find free hotspots. N810 is slow and it is not as easy to use it's browser as it is advertised. The commercially available quality software such as Office 2007 tools are not available. There are bunch of software that is available from Maemo Garage, and some of them are nice - but you can not find everything you need - besides most of the same or similar applications ... Read More

I highly recommend this product if you don't own an ultra portable laptop and don't plan on buying one. If you plan on getting a portable laptop that you wont mind carrying everywhere then you will find yourself using your N800 less and less. When I originally bought the N800 I didn't have a portable laptop and by portable I mean less than 5 pounds so using the N800 was great to check my email and surf the web in my down time. That being said the major problem I found was that the processor really cant handle too many apps running at one time, also the internet is really bogged down when experienced through the N800. Even though the Nokia site advertises it as full video experience loading videos and getting them to play on the flash player installed can be really slow when the videos actually play. ... It only has up to Flash Player 6 which is built in, in it, and to the best of my knowledge and research at this moment of writting this review and I have done some, I can't upgrade it. Thus I can't play Youtube, Dailymotion, etc. on it or watch movies on it. Maybe if somebody know how to upgrade it to the latest Flash Player or to atleast Flash Player 9 or maybe to something equivalent or comparable, I would ask them to please share that knowledge here.

I continue to enjoy these hassle free, full stereo headphones. The full sound of bass and clear voice and high tones make these headphones a great value at a great price. The battery charge seems to last a long time and the ability to set volume, rewind and forward songs at the touch of a finger on the headset is really "cool" They are a bit large but the sound is the point and I can tolerate a DJ look to get the sound I like. The ear cups are very soft and accommodating. I use my headphones primarily with my Samsung MP3 (YP2)player. I plan to buy a second set as both headsets can be used with one MP3 to share the enjoyment.
