The printer, scanner, and fax functions all work as advertised. This printer isn't tiny, but with ADF, two input trays, and flatbed scanner, it's not that huge, either. Double sided printing does take time - but necessary to prevent bleed through - this isn't a laser printer. Dropping in a document and getting a PDF on any of the network-connected printers with just a few simple button pushes is terrific! The photo printing is not as stunning as on my Canon i950, but still pretty good, considering it does not have the extra photo inks. My only quibble (which is why it gets 4 stars from me) is the setup. I wanted to use this printer over the network from several PCs with no USB connection from any of them. The MP620 Cannon wireless printer works great and was pretty easy to set up wireless. Pictures look much better than my prior Cannon 2000. Watch out for Amazon's "Frequently Bought Together" items with this printer. The ink cartriges sugested are WRONG! I had to send some back. The correct ones are the CLI-221 set of four color tanks and the separate PGI-220BK black tank.

We have 3 other printers and the hp c7280 is the easiest to use. The others are an Epson and 2) HP's one being an all in one. The color is perfect and the ability to insert an SD card and print out Photos is absolutely amazing. I've had this printer for 6 weeks now and have yet to find a flaw.

This is the worst printer after I suffered endless "reset power" error when printing few lines on page. There is no way to resolve this problem. You will find same review comments from this web sites as well as google search. This machine is simply a DEFECT PRODUCT. I bought a new Epson Workforce 600 to replace this junk printer last night. Epson600 works perfectly. If a all-in-one printer cannot print, copy or scan, it is really useless. I am not complaining about minor issue such as printing quality or user interface. I had so much trouble with my last wireless printer, that I wasn't sure I wanted another one. This printer setup wirelessly without a hitch. The direction and wizards are easy to follow. The only problem so is the noise. It prints then continues to adjust it self. Also it goes through some type of adjustment after be idle for a while.

So I currently have Canon i9900 photo printer that is great. It is our only printer, so when my daughter wants to print coloring pages from the Internet, it can be expensive with the i9900 creating black from all of the expensive cartridges. With that in mind we wanted to find a laser all-in-one so that we would occasionally scan and frequently print double-sided pages. After reading reviews on the MF4150 I went to my local Staples and purchased the unit. The unit hooked up to my Vista machine without issue and I was able to get it to work within minutes.
