Works fine with XP SP3 and every SD and MicroSD card w adapter I've tried, but it leaves half the SD card exposed for damaging. The adapter doesn't require any drivers and integrates seamlessly into XP, but half of the SD card remains exposed and this creates risk of the card being snapped, snapped out, or bent and ruined. We've already ruined one SD card since we'd expect the adapter and devices to seat flush like other Express and PCMCIA adapters we use. I wouldn't choose this SanDisk adapter again, although BlueProton the dealer provided fast and exemplary service and prompt delivery.

I purchased this for use in my 2006 Civic EX with Sat-Nav. Over all I am impressed with the quality of this product. It works great and fits into the PC Card slot in the car perfectly. The quality of the sound is excellent and it is awesome to not have 70 CD's cluttering my car. The only downfall to this product is that transfering 8GB worth of music onto a CF Card takes a rediculous amount of time Up to 9+ hours I did a lot of research on how to play the PC cards in Honda's with Sat-Nav and have found out a lot. Before buying make sure you have a way to transfer music onto a CF Card. This 6-in 1 PC Card Adapter is great for older computers with a pc card slot. I don't know why SanDisk is not offering this adapter anymore. I was fortunate enough to find it from an independant supplier who had 1 in stock. Manufacturers shouldn't be so quick to drop certain items from their line. There are still a lot of customers that need these items.

I'm giving this a 3 because of it's potential. I purchased 1 inserted an 8gb Sandisk MicroSDHC in slot 1, everything worked great for about an hour in my PSP. Then it stopped working. Slot 2 would not accept a card at all due to a bad pin inside the adaptor. I am going to RMA (hopefully they'll exchange it) mine, and will report back. The construction is fairly poor due to the fact that this thing has to be fairly thin to accept the MicroSDHC, I guess. If someone else has another Memory Stick DUO Pro to MicroSDHC that's not a photofast it would be nice to compare the construction. I would not plan on changing the MicroSDHC cards after their initial insertion.

This adapter works perfectly to connect my Sprint wireless mobile broadband card (a Novatel Merlin S720) to my new HP laptop. My problem was that the Sprint card uses a "cardbus" (or "PC card") connector, but my new laptop lacks a cardbus slot, it only has an incompatible "Express Card" slot. The Addonics Expresscard Cardbus adapter worked perfectly right out of the box. I am connected to Amazon via the adapter right now! Bravo, Addonics! I love it when things work great.
