Just a couple quick messages before the review. 1. Don't get this mouse if you use your left hand for the mouse. 2. It works perfectly on my Mac I am a professional designer, and a mouse is basically an integral aspect of my job. The precision of this mouse is just mind-blowing. I dont know if only I encountered this.. But it has slow reception. Rest it is a good wireless option. Its just slow in catching up signal slow sometimes which is annoying at time for a person like me who would not like to have lots of patience with mouse.

The mouse is easy to hold which is impressive with my large hands. The connection is responsive and the on/off switch is a battery saver. I am very pleased with the product and use it under both XP and Linux.

Quick review: I was looking to buy a mouse to use with my wireless mac keyboard but the Mighty Mouse is a little too simple, even if it works great. I bought this logitech refurbished off eBay for $35 and it works great. The scroll wheel is fantastic, as is the design. My only gripe with the mouse is that the mouse is HUGE. Definitely check it out in stores before buying because you might find you don't like it because its too big.

Bought a few of these for some coworkers and relatives. They all love it. Excellent battery duration (like 4-6 months in full office use).

I brought the same G5 old version a year ago and it stoped working. So I buy this new mouse to replace the old one. It was pretyt much the same, accurate and smooth. The only reason I give 3 out of 5 star is because of the plastic cover. It is not good for people with sweaty hands, it stinks the mouse and needs regular cleaning. I wonder who designed this NEW mouse which looks worse than the old version. It is a decent deal, only if, you can stand the ugly outlook and the smell of sweat. (Infact, I wouldnt have brought it if I knew this before.)

The technical specs said "USB port"; what I received, however, was a PS/2, which won't work on my laptop. Not worth the hassle to return, which is maybe what the vendor is hoping.

It took me a while to order this mouse since I love Logitech mice. At $70, the price is quite steep. I took a dive and bought it; after 8 months or so, the track ball stopped working :( I am going back to Logitech.
