This is an excellent product and is very versatile. I like the interchangable sprayers that lets me customize where and how I want to direct the water spray. The only change that would make this a truly great sprinkler is to make the water sprayer green instead of bright yellow. The yellow really stands out in my flower beds and looks out of place. Other than that I am pleased with how well this works. I have 3 sets of them!

At 25 ft this is a pretty decent soaker. It does it's job and stands up to staking in the ground. Comes with rubber gaskets too, which is nice.

In my many years of gardening experience, Gilmour products usually are of very good quality, and I will almost always pick a Gilmour product over another brand. But, they do produce a defective product at times. This year, two hose nozzles (out of several) became defective, and a simple email got me replacements within days (NO HASSLE!!). I think if a hose became defective (lifetime warranty), you may have to send the brass couplings to them to get a replacement. So for, I've never had a defective Gilmour hose, and they provide many years of service. We bought five of these short (25 feet) hoses for some light duty. They are 4-ply, but you should get 6-ply for heavy duty use.

Vendor: Amazon.com and excellent as usual. 5 stars. Product: Unlike most of the junk made by mainland China, this is a fairly well made piece of equipment. There is some leaking when it is first put to use, but once the "o" rings seat, the leaking stops and they become water tight. I have six of them in use and they are a great time saver, not to mention the savings in aggravation in detaching and reattaching equipment in the garden. You may find some initial "fitting" is necessary together with an occasional lubrication for easier use.

I purchased the Rubbermaid Adjustable Spray Nozzle in April, started using it in June, and now by mid August - it's broken with light service. It's permanenetly stuck open - the spring that returns the handle to the closed position must be broken. Very disappointed - cannot recommend that you buy it.
