I live in an so-so apartment. Every now and again, I'll see a roach. After using bombs and every kind of spray out there with little effectiveness, I ran across Combat. Within two to three days, they were all gone! That was two years ago and just yesterday, I saw one. I hope Combat still is top notch and does the job like it use to. I wonder how many people could be saved from cancer & God knows what other illnesses by using fume free Combat...?

My observation regarding the first 2 reviews is that the 2nd confirms the claims of the first reviewer. I've had these repellers in every room of my house and garage. Result: no mice. I've twice sat in my kitchen and seen mice poke their noses around the corner from a hole under my pantry cupboard, turn around and leave. There is no mouse scat or damage in my pantry. However, I've continued to have a problem with chipmunks in my gardens and stone walls which neighborhood dogs tear apart trying to reach them. I recently put one near the wall and strawberry bed. The chipmunks have moved out. I find them very effective.

I gave my old trap (20+ years) to one of my Sons and it is still working fine. However this new model was a mistake to buy. It arrived not fully assembled, and was awkward to figure out how fix it according to the instructions. Finally got it working, but the two-door operation is not at all practical, and does not function reliably. Stricktly a one door gadget. Finally Opening the door for release/removal of the animal (especially a skunk), is nowhere as easy as their old design. The old trap was easy to set up and use, and also safe/easy to remove/release animals as needed... Why can't these young engineers recognize and leave a good thing alone!!!

I have lots of land and lots of ants, and I have tried home remedies (Borax and Corn Syrup), other companies and other products--spent allot of time and money. By far, this is the best product for indoor and outdoor use! The result time is between 24 to 72 hours depending in ant colony size. Also, spill out some of the deadly nectar to attract the ants! This mole trap takes less work to set, i.e digging further into your lawn than the mole has already, than our other one. It does catch moles. Tricky to set but it gets the job done!

I always have many wasps. One year caught 1004 queens. I have to empty my traps at least once a week. I have 12 traps out. I live on a ranch and the water for the horses attract the pests and that where the traps come in. Excellent product.

I've used a lot of products to eliminate voles and these seem to work the best. I've tried cheaper ones that did not produce enough gas and the little varmits actually dug them out and flipped them on top of the ground. Talk about a "Caddy Shack" experience!! The first time you use them you will be a bit surprised as it is like lighting a giant firecracker but after a few times you become quite proficient at it. I've learned to check for mounds 1st thing in the morning and only put them down new burrows, as the critters move alot and may have blocked that tunnel or moved on. Experience is the key to a good kill.
