I was skeptical about the claim of making compost in two weeks--my previous stationary composter from Price Club took about a year. But now two weeks later, I have about 10 cubic feet of compost. I don't have a chipper-shredder, so I chopped up the big pieces with scissors. One reviewer had trouble removing the doors--my doors don't have this problem--they come off and go back on easily. Unfortunately, I can't get my wheel barrow under the composter without bending the composter's metal frame. I wish it had two more inches of room on the bottom. For those wondering whether they can use all the compost this thing can make--don't worry. This spinning compost mixer is made of very think and durable plastis. It spins when you put your foot on the side of one of the "steps" that encircle the center of the mixer. The steps are marded witht he days of the week to help you remember when it was last turned. The base is a separate part that is included but not really necessary because the barrel part will balance on its own when on its side. There is lots of room inside as it is designed for bulk compost mixing. One end has a big "X" that acts as a handle to unscrew and open to the inside. For the price, this should work better. I find that the "fins" at the bottom stick together and don't move the compost as well as I would like. I'd also like them to be longer. A pitchfork does a better job. Dissapointing.

This is one great cart. Very light in weight. Easy to maneuver. Loaded about 12 good size pieces of fire wood in it and I could move it with one finger. Seriously. A little hard to put together by only one person. Don't hammer the axle in with a metal hammer. It will flatten the end and you won't be able to get the wheel on without filing. Oh, and grease the axles.

Nice Product. It will do the job that it is required to do. I am very interested to see how long it will last out in the elements. It's already starting to get surface rust and it's only been out for 2 weeks. For the price it should be worth it in the long run.

The cart was delivered promptly to my door. I put it together in about an hour, and it was ready to go. The huge wheels make it easy to travel over all the different kinds of terrain we have on the property. Having the dump feature with the sliding front panel is terrific. It's wider than my wheelbarro so it won't make it through a couple of my gates.I have to take the long way around to get to the side yard.
