The idea is that you add beer to the container below the spikey thing, and also to the pan area. Fruit juice or any likeable liquid also works very well. Nothing beats charcoal-grilled meats and veggies! The only disadvantage to any charcoal grill is that it takes longer than gas to get it ready. This Weber grill is well designed, easy to use, and to clean. I also like the fact that it is lightweight and easily transportable.

These are ideal grill (or other scrub needs) cleaners. My only very minor complaint is that they tend to slip on the Grill Wizard handle a little bit, so you need to be mindful when using them, not something I always want to be with a beer in one hand and hungry people waiting for their food. But the scrubbers themselves work great. No worries.

This product preforms very well. It fit most grills and the removable handle is great. Food cooks evenly and well. It is hard to clean up if you don't use the right spray or oil. It also discolors very easily.

this smoker is very nice. you get a little smoke with the lid closed or more by opening the sliding lid slightly . i don't use water because the smoker sits on top of the grates.

Nice heavy fabric that fits pretty well. Has draw cords on front and back that are a little awkward to use and keep snug. Elastic cord around bottom would be better?

I'm glad I bought these skewers, they are as-advertised and I expect to get many uses out of them for years to come. They are sturdy and flat, so it is easy to turn them over without the meat spinning around. We made delicious lamb and chicken kebabs with these. One thing to keep in mind: we did end up buying bamboo skewers for our vegetable kebabs, because these are so wide that the smaller mushrooms and cherry tomatoes I had would've split in two if I tried to thread them on the metal skewers.

I recently bought my first Weber, an S-310, so I needed to accessorize it. :) I was going to get the Weber cover, but after reading the reviews talking about the large vents in the side that let in water, I decided to check it out in person. Sure enough, the Weber cover has large vents that would let in water. Who came up with that idea??? Anyways, I went with a cover from Charmglow, and bought this light. The light is well designed and made especially for certain Weber grills. I had to read the instructions to make sure I assembled it correctly for me grill, but it was pretty simple. Works well, reasonably fast. A little challenging to read if you have to stick it in flat foods (such as a hamburger patty). I'll probably get a 2nd thermometer with the readout parallel with the probe for flat foods.
