Summary: Great product with a wide deck and easy to push. Handle design is awful and actually broke after several weeks of use! Pro's: - 20 inch deck is great and still extremely lightweight. Good because some overalap is required with push mower - "Blades" are safe and very effective. I just bought my second one. The first lasted three years. That may not seem long to some people but I have a large lot. The old one still works but the handle is broken. I can still use the extra batteries. I just love this thing. I hate the gas powered ones and I will never go to the trouble with mixing the oil and stuff. I let my husband do that with his weed wacker. I guess we're just a couple of weed wacking nuts. It happens as you age... NOTE: If you do have a large lot like me, purchase extra batteries

First, I recommend checking all the reviews--it takes time but they're very useful to decide whether this will help in your situation and give great fine-tuning tips. My problem is birds making a mess around my pool--worst during a few weeks after opening each season until I make it clear they aren't welcome. I have a lot of trees and lanscaping nearby so it was a real challenge. I've tried all sorts of anti-bird strategies and last year found that "patrolling" with squirts from my long range hose would train them to stay away after a few weeks but the process was (obviously) a real pain. I just bought the cordless mower and had a problem with the key getting too hot and actually fire coming out, not sure what it was but it was replaced and problem solved. The good news is Amazon took it back with no fees for shipping in either direction and a new mower was at my door in no time. Very smooth, trouble free and gracious. The mower has many good points and for this I am willing to put up with the not so good...it is weaker than a gas mower and the charge does not last long enough for me to finish in one day but the lack of smell, noise and ease of opperation are for me, the balance.

I have the trimmer I bought in home depot but I can never find the refills. This is a bargain because you get three for a reduced priced. besides the durability of the product is good.

I was originally looking for a gas blower so as not to have the cord issue. Upon reading other reviews I changed my mind and selected this Toro. It is easy to handle and has more power than I'll ever need or use. I have not used the vacuum option and might not since I purchased this solely for blowing grass and leaves off the driveway and deck. It turns out the cord is not a problem. Anyway I would recommend this to anyone in the market for a good blower.

I love this set. It's an excelent set for lawn work. I have 0.5 acers yard. The trimmer battery last the whole time I trim my lawn. It is great that 3 battery are interchangeable.
