Looked locally for a nice umbrella and all I could find were ones costing $100 or more. Saw this on Amazon and descided to give it a try. Even with the shipping the price was great. I couldn't be happier with the product. Very well constructed with nice brass fittings, goes well with our set on the patio. Some of the parts are plastic not wood, but they look like wood and you can not tell unless you touch them and examine closely. Over all very satisfied with the product. Would highly recommend.

I was about to give this 2-stars...but since I only paid $40-some bucks (delivered) for the thing...it's a decent value. Positives: 1) It's cheap (inexpensive) 2) It looks pretty good from a distance 3) It goes up & down with ease Negatives: 1) The quality isn't great. The pole was somewhat bent, the material looks kind of cheap (though it will probably hold up well in the sun), poor stitching, ugly cord 2) The painted brown pole with cheap paint scratches very easily 3) The brass connection is too gaudy for my taste If you're looking for a good value for an umbrella to replace every year...this is a good buy. I am very pleased with this umbrella--it is just what I was looking for when I ordered it. The size of this umbrella is just right for our table. The material is sturdy, the color is rich, the pole is strong. Someone mentioned it being hard to tilt and I suppose it is a little--but no more so than other umbrellas I have previously owned. It takes a little practice and perhaps is easier for a taller person than for a shorter one. Unfortunately, we were sent the wrong color the first time, but it was very easy to return and we had the right one in a couple of days. The hunter green coordinates beautifully with our patio furniture and the cost was quite a bit less than many others I have seen. All in all, it's a great umbrella!

This umbrella has 8 arms - two more that the POS it replaced. Yes, the umbrella is a tanish khaki color, and the metal ribbing is grey, not colored like the picture. I'm adding a picture of my own so you can see it with the Strathwood Bainbridge Cast Aluminum set we also bought on Amazon. Looks great! The umbrella cost $59 and it is my favorite of the two umbrellas purchased. It lets just the right amount of light and air through. The light khaki color doesn't get hot in the brutal Colorado sun.

I was so disappointed with this umbrella. I know its a great price, but I was at least expecting it to work. The umbrella was made mostly of plastic and when I put it up to use it, it broke! I am not sure if mine was defective, but it is not worth purchasing regardless. I did get a refund without any trouble, so I am happy about that! This was the only piece of the set that was not good. Everything else is great.

This is a great umbrella for the price. I shopped a lot for an umbrella before I bought this one. It easily cost less than half of similar umbrellas. I would highly recommend it.

It's big and heavy, but it works. I live in a veritable wind tunnel, and this thing keeps my umbrella in place.
