worth the $$. read other reviews and was apprehensive about purchase, couldn't have made a better choice. Just fried up 2 Turkeys they were delicious, took about 30 minutes to assemble all parts and screwes were there, no short ones that were stated in previous reviews. All u need is a little common sence and just read directions and follow should have no problem. 3 1/2 minutes per lb. thats all u need to know LOL

I was amazed at the "fried" turkey from the oil-less fryer. The bird was tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. 10 pound bird done in less than an hour. The clean-up was easy. especially with no oil. I can't wait to try a pork or beef roast in it. Only drawback is the size - holds no larger than a 16 pound turkey. I have retired the oil fryer in favor of this one.

These are basically the same as welders gloves only nicer looking. I have used them quite a few times and they work quite well, I can pick up the cast iron pan I use for wood chips and not suffer the usual scorched fingers....

It's a good product, but it cook faster than the info tells you to and you do need a propane tank.

The product is fine. It's too small for a large piece of fish, so I'll still need to get another larger poacher.

At least other bad products do the job they are designed to do poorly. This one didn't even do the job it was designed to do. It would not pump the oil up to the outlet point. It is going back.

The next time I went to use it, it simply did not hold the heat and now Masterbuilt wants me to pay $39 to replace the heating element. I don't think I want another Masterbuilt product. It's got to work more than one time.
