This product works as advertised. Easy to use and quickly lights charcoal. Only one or two sheets of newspaper is needed. Easily wins out over charcoal lighter fluid.

Well, I really would just actually like to have one of these grills, but I'm on my third try to get one that isn't damaged. I am a Charcoal Grill Nut and have toyed alot with slow smoking meats on my traditional Brinkmann charcoal grill. I've gotten pretty good at it but it's a pain separating the coal to one side, meat to the other, regulating the heat, etc. ...So I did all the research on smokers and decided the Weber SM smoker was the best choice. I am a big Amazon user and fan. So I ordered a few weeks ago. The smoker arrived in an undamaged package. Opened it up and both the top bowl and the bottom bowl had a very uniform marred/flattened spot on the ring. A great little device for those who are not comfortable with "guessing" if food is ready. This thermometer takes the "guessing" out of the equation.

I was not sure if this contraption would work but once I tried it I was completely sold. Just a couple of newspaper pages, some charcoal on top and in a few minutes, voila, they are all red flaming HOT. No more lighter fluid, no more burned hairs on my arms or eyebrows. It's a miracle.....

Good quality item. I replaced my 10 yr old previous kettle. I really miss the special lid holder frame that my previous kettle had.

These pans do catch the drips, but unfortunately they are also easily caught (and carried away from your balcony) by a breeze. This with and without the Q 100 cover in place.

This is my second time buying the identical brush -- we had the last one for several years. It has plenty of brass bristles for good scrubbing without scratching. I don't really use the metal blade scraper, so I can't say yes or no on that. The handle is very well made and sturdy, made of oak, and it's a great length for reaching all the way to the back, and for leverage on tough grill build-up. In another 7 years, I expect to be buying another.

with out it I would have to be carrying my weber grill every where. easy to use and fold down. great for camping.

Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews on Amazon before buying. I just "assumed" that the Weber grill cover was the one to use with my new grill. We had rain the same day I put on the cover...puddles of rain on the side burner sections; moisture on top of the grill. Who needs it. I did what others suggested here and elsewhere...I went to Home Depot and got the corresponding Charmglow cover for less $$ and no vents!

I've been very pleased with Weber and their high quality products. This Q320 is no exception. Before I ordered this grill I've owned two Weber charcoal and one Q100 gas grill. Grilling on them has been a real pleasure. This Q320 offers more cooking space than my previous grills taking up a small amount of physical space. The Q320 gets up to temperature very fast. Assembly was very simple just using a screwdriver, and hammer. You will never be disappointed grilling on a Weber.
