Buy bottle brushes when you get this or you'll struggle to clean it. Our birds will go through this in 1 week! This is just a couple minutes of video. They'll allow me to stand about a foot away from the feeder and still drink. It's great for pictures. These little guys are really aggressive (Rufous) and one sounds like a tiny version of the Jetson's spaceship. You can hear these guys all day. The window attachment did not work with this hummingbird feeder. Had to improvise putting it on a pole with some wire.

I purchased this feeder because I thought it was so beautiful. I am still disappointed, and using it, but no longer in the front yard over my porch, because it will not hang straight and drips continually. I now hang it behind my house over grass. It also leaks from around the connection where the bottle and feed openings are. Very disappointed in its design.

Bad buy.This feeder does not work if set to given instructions. It does not keep out Grackle, black birds, or crows with given instructions.. There is no proper setting. I followed the instructions given by the customer service rep when I called them. The instructions did not work. So I tried something on my own. I raised the adjustment setting half way above the first yellow line and taped three nails to the bottom of the perch. It works some what, it keeps out most of the big birds away? I see black bird, crows and grackle at the feeder every day, the food goes pretty fast. The Grackles are to clever, they get food from the feeder. I bought this feeder to attract cardinals and to keep out The big birds t out. I feel there is no ideal bird feeder.

This type of feeder is very easy to keep clean. I suggest hanging it from a hook. It's easier to hold on to the hook and not have any spilling after filled. My hummingbirds love it!

I love this feeder and so do the hummingbirds! Last year I had a different type (plastic bottle and without perches) and only had the occasional hummingbird. This year I bought one of the Perky Pet Pinch Waist feeders and I had a hummingbird in less than 20 minutes, within a week I bought two more to keep up with demand. I like the design of the feeder - the "pinched waist" gives it a little bit of character, and the size is large enough to be practical without being invasive. The three feeders are suspended by plant hooks under the eaves on the deck, which places them very close to the house. I have 10 "regulars" and several "visitors" that feed from dawn to twilight every day. Feeders built by this manufacturer are built to last. I have used one for several years in temperatures from 10 below to 115 above. It still looks almost like new. This purchase was to replace another brand of feeder which actually cost more but lasted only about 2 years.

Actually I ordered this for a friend without internet access. He really liked the size, as he does not have to fill the feeders as often. There was one of the flowers missing but one phone call and a replacement is on it's way. Good product for the price.

We found this hummingbird feeder at a bird store several years ago after trying several that did not work well at all, for us or the birds. This feeder is amazing, and I was so glad to find another one on Amazon. It doesn't drip, the ants DO NOT get in the food (best feature about it!), it is easy to clean, and well...just an amazing feeder.

I think the feeder is an expensive ripoff due to a pitiful guarantee. This gift from my son didn't come with a sales receipt. When the battery died after two years of recharging.I couldn't mail the tower in for repair. If ther are only 2 screws in the battery case, it can be opened and batteries from the company website can be used to repair it. Mine had 4 screws to remove to open the case, and it was a unusual battery within. I wouldn't remove it(per factory directions). It is now a very expensive bird AND SQUIRREL feeder, that doesn't fling anything off. HOW DROLL!!!
