Like many people who have used printers for decades, I've used a lot of brands but have used many more HP printers than other brands. The problem with HP is that they make good machinery but their software and interfaces suck. To me, when I'm dealing with HP, it feels like I'm back to DOS or an early version of Windows. I've been working with computers as part of my job since 1980 and have used most of the brands of Windows & DOS, many versions of Apple's OS, and even a little UNIX/LINUX. I bought 2 additional handsets. They were shipped promptly and received in good shape a few days later. They were easy to add to the system, even being easier to register to the base than the original ones I had bought several years ago. Great product for me.

I'm so done with HP printers, so I bought the Canon Pixma iP4500 Photo Inkjet Printer, and I would recommend this printer to everyone. Don't try to save a buck on a cheap inkjet printer, spend the cash on Canon Pixma iP4500, and you will also agree it was money well spent. Love this printer!!! Added bonus, it has a cool front load paper tray, and a rear paper feed. Plus the ink cartridges illuminate red when installed correctly. I could go on and on about this great printer, but I won't, just buy one and be happy that you finally have a printer that works great.

I'm in my 80's, not at all mechancally or electronically inclined, and had put off buying a scanner because I was afraid it would be too complicated. Once my grandson had connected this scanner to my computer, I was able to use it with the greatest of ease. Not only that, but it makes the clearest, most perfect copies imaginable! I'm absolutely thrilled with the LiDE 25.

I ordered this HP 5610 because it specifically states under the Product Description that it is compatible with Windows 98 and Windows 98 SE. I did receive the product 2 days after I ordered it, however, upon attempting to load the software I received an error message stating that it does not support Windows 98. (The Product Description also mentioned other operarting systems that are not supported) Needless to say, I am now returning the printer back to Amazon.com.

Este printer es muy bueno, lo unico que no me gusta es que hace mucho ruido cuando se prende, tiene un poco de problemas cuando se utiliza el wireless porque se pierde la conexion, aunque mejora un poco cuando se utiliza el upgrade. pero aun asi tiene sus fallas, la calidad de su fotos es muy buena comparado con otras impresoras, pero no tan buena como si fuera un laboratorio o walgreens u otro lugar de revelado. el scanner es bastante bueno y rapido, aunque no me gusta mucho el software que utiliza para el escaner, el fax es como cualquier otra maquina de fax, el alimentador de papeles funciona muy bien y casi nunca hace un jam de papeles. en resumen es muy buena impresora, la compraria de nuevo y la recomiendo.
