First off I ordered Ultra Premium Glossy and received the Luster version. The vendor Shoplet.com has been a pain, very slow and unresponsive to correct my order. They took the money! Well, somebody has. They initially delivered quickly and when I contacted them to correct they stalled us for additional 3 weeks. Since then I sent them the Luster paper, another 3 weeks...no word. Oh brother.

The only thing I would have wanted to know before I bought this product was that it did not come in individual packs within the box. Otherwise, it works very well for me.

I have a Hewlett-Packard printer that has always given great results with my color and black-and-white photos. I've been buying my printer photo paper at local department stores and have had good results no matter what the brand. This is a great all-purpose inkjet paper for everyday printing. It's thick and absorbent enough for my high-quality Brother MFC-440cn to print top-notch printouts. The only thing holding it back from being five stars isn't really the paper's fault. It arrived in a poorly packaged box and the paper packaging itself was torn, exposing the paper in many places. Fortunately, the paper escaped damage.

I just bought 2 packs(200 sheets total). I compared the same EPSON and Canon photo paper pro print with HP one, they are way better than HP Premium Photo Paper. EPSON ultra premium photo and Canon photo paper pro, a bit expensive but print quality are way better. And some people pointed put, perforated edge is something that was never mentioned and I would have never purchased if it was mentioned.
