I was very pleased how quickly the karaoke machine arrived. It packs a lot of punch for a low price. I wanted something easy to use without a lot of bells and whistles, since I purchased it for my classroom. It has great volume so that even with 18 preschoolers joyfully singing, they can still hear the cd.

I bought this machine for my daughter's birthday and we have had a blast so far. She has both High School Musical cd's and a pop music cd and is in her room every evening belting it out. My 6 year old son loves it as well.

Bought this for my daughter for her birthday... she opened it, loved it, we plugged it in and nothing. DOA. So, a very disapointed girl was without her Birthday gift. Amazon was very quick and easy on returns, they shipped a new one right away and it's been working GREAT ever since. Now for me, it sounds ok but for my 11 year old she loves it, keeps her iPod charged and she does sing with her favorite songs all the time. Great buy, go for it, I got a lemon the first time but Amazon took care of it promptly.

I bought this as a birthday present for my 7 year old daughter but it was an instant hit with all 4 of my kids. We've had it a couple of days and it's been used almost non-stop! I am Thrilled! It's got a lot of controls on the front, but the kids figured them out quickly, from the camera options to the voice controls, to simply switching it to use as a radio. It's very kid friendly without being a cheap toy. The specs do not say, but I was happy to find that the monitor can show the camera video AND the words at the same time, so the kids can see the words to sing AND themselves singing at the same time which they seem to like best. We love this product. It is a lot of fun, easy to put together. Took maybe 10 minutes. It has two microphones and video you can set-up - the kids love that and you can either use the screen on the singing machine or hook it to your television and read the words off of the television. The sound is wonderful and I'm very happy with this purchase. I would recommend it to everyone. The best choice! It's a little more expensive, but I believe it will last a long time, the quality of this product is very professional and worth paying the extra price.

Right price, plays regular CD's and karaoke Cd's and displays the words, also you can switch it to camera and you can watch yourself! Big hit with the kids and at parties.
