The Neotech Mandolin Strap is excellent. It attaches easily and the disconnect options (top and bottom) provide for flexibility in placing the instrument away in the case. I bought 3. 1 for me, 2 for my students. My only complaint was my petite female student could not shorten the upper adjustment enough to actually have the padded portion hit her shoulder. Neotech might want to adjust the distribution between top and bottom length.

I had pain in my neck with the standard neck strap, so I bought a harness. The strap is difficult to adjust and get the horn in the correct position, but after messing with the two adjustment points fro about 10-15 min., I got it set up right. Other than that, it's solved my neck pain problem and I can play without discomfort. A good buy.

This strap is quite comfortable, and works just fine. It has two clips at each end, so when I don't want to use it I can just unsnap it and leave the clips attached to the banjo. It also draws up fairly high, which is something my old strap didn't do. I like to hold my banjo just below my chest, not on my stomach.
