You may think the price is a little steep for ONE musical item but my son loves this toy! Our local library has them for the toddler program and after several weeks of him going straight for this cage bell toy (and refusing to put it away when it was time to clean up), I decided he had to have one. Pleasant sound, bath tub safe & lots of fun!

This is an excellent, non-threatening little percussion instrument for school music activities, drama productions, and / or drum circles. They always seem popular with my students when we do music and / or rhythm exercises. The woodblocks have a nice, rich sound, especially when you find their "sweet" spot.

The "crow sounder" makes a satisfying "TOCK!" sound when hit with a stick. If you have kids, add this to a box of percussion instruments and have them count along with their favorite music cd. This improves math abilities, and participation in music is fun for kids (and adults as well.) Even the smallest child can play the Crow Sounder.

This is a great harp. It has wonderful sound and the quality is exceptional. I highly recommend it for all levels of experience.

I would give it 5 stars, but it is rather small. I expected it to be a tad larger. My 8 1/2 months old is in love with it. She has joined Gymboree & I am trying to expand her musical horizon. She just makes the best music with it. Come to think of it, it is good for her hands (the right size). So I do give it a 4 1/2 stars ;)

I've been playing since I was a kid and like these best. I've tried many brands and materials. I,along with many friends and pro players,prefer these to any other.

I 1st got the original hohner harp holder. It was way too big and the angle of the harp made it hard to bend the draw notes. It being too big made it get in the way when I'd try to sing in between harp playing. Rarely does anybody use anything bigger than the standard 10 hole harp when using a harp holder so the extra width is a waste. This one was perfect. It sat a little high but I just undid the wingnuts flip the neck piece over replaced the wingnuts and presto it lines up perfectly to my mouth and the angle is perfect for bending draw notes. I always wondered why people using harp holders rarely bent notes but you can bend notes all day with this bad boy. Plus it looks alot less goofy than the big ones.
