I think the mix was good and it will help with there collection because it contains music from there other CD mixes such as "Mozart on the Munu", "Rachmaninoff for Romance", and "Bach at Bedtime".

I am a musician and listen to a lot of diverse music (from punk to classical, etc). This cd (I had the tape 20 years ago) has the best versions of these slower, popular, and beautiful songs. I've heard a lot of Mossonet's "Meditation" but this violinest is absolutely my favorite (I'm not sure who the player is - Isaac Stern?). I was so happy to find it on CD, as the tape was long gone, and every song is perfect.

You're getting 10 CDs, each filled almost to capacity, with the most famous works from the most famous composers in the history of classical music. The sound quality is excellent on every disc. While I would have made some replacements on the list of who was included, I feel that this collection is a must-buy for anyone interested in exploring classical music in depth. Quality is high, quantity is high, you really can't go wrong.

This CD is awesome!!! I picked out all my wedding music from this CD - it's got everything! We had our harpist play some of the pieces for the ceremony, then had our DJ play some during dinner at the reception. The recording of Canon in D is especially fantastic. This CD helped make my wedding spectacular! My best friend is using my copy to pick out her wedding music as well. I highly recommend this CD to anyone getting married!
