Paisley is a great musician, one of the more witty song writters around. So not only do you get to listen to good music, but if you pay attention to the lyrics your will end up laughing also. He is a better guitarist than he gets credit for.

When i first heard Kellie on American Idol. But i figured that i should still give the cd a shot. So i bought it and listened to it a time or two. With each listen i'm starting to get what everyone's saying about her and the promise that she has for a bright future in the music biz. I especially liked "Things That Never Cross a Man's Mind" and "Red High Heels". If this keeps up she'll be a household name all over the place.

Nice debut cd.

If you're not familiar with Hank Williams III, then well... the name should explain it all! He's the grandson of Hank Williams and the son of Hank Williams, Jr. The similarity of his voice to that of his grandfather's is uncanny and to get a good idea of what his music is like, just imagine Hank Williams, Sr. singing over rowdy Country music about drugs, booze, Satan, and women! There is absolutely no resemblance whatsoever of his estranged father and if you're a Hank Jr. fan, you may be in for a disappointment with this type of music. But then again, I am neither a Hank Jr. fan OR a Country music fan, so take what I say with a grain of salt. I appreciate Hank Williams III for his style, attitude, associations, and incorporation of the whole Punk Rock vibe into his music, thus making me a fan.

This CD was everything I expected. If I like someone's radio hit, I usually like most of their CD, and sometimes, like some of the not played on radio songs even better. Jason's rich voice comes through on every song, from upbeat to slow romantic songs, and it his the spot every time.

When I received the cd, it was severely scratched. The first song played and I was very happy until the second song started and skipped threw the whole song, so I skipped it to track four and it was scratched there as well. I ended up throwing the cd away.

90.Pontiac by: Lyle Lovett

This album reveals fully the versatility of Lyle Lovett, more than a mere country singer. The range of emotion, lyric and musicality is broad, from the softly sorrowful "I Loved You Yesterday" (one of my favorites) and the lovely "Simple Song," (absolutely beautiful -- another favorite) to the offbeat and jazzy "She's No Lady" and the feisty "She's Hot to Go." (Although the latter 2 can be seen as evidence of what some feel is Lyle Lovett's misogynic tendencies, I think they just reveal the somewhat jaded and saddened view of a man who may have had some bad luck with women!) The title piece, "Pontiac" is also moving and lyrical. What a talented songwriter he is.
