What a revelation!! That is something so hard to admit, and if you did realize it, you wouldn't want to take the chance of them really being gone... but this song kinda walked me through a really sad time for me. This album, was actually given to me, someone found it on the ground and asked if I wanted it. I had no idea what kind of emotional ferris wheel this album would take me on! They touch the young, the old, the good time and the bad. Try sittin still while they sing their last song on this album. I dare you!

Josh Turner has an incredible voice, a great sense of humor, charisma and is very traditional in his country music and all of this shows in his recordings! I first heard Josh way back when I HATED country, but I switched the radio to a different station from my norm for a change of pace... and I heard "Your Man" and I loved it so much... I kept listening to the radio over and over to listen to Josh and I fell in love with countrym but especially Josh. I've seen him in concert and he is amazing. "Your Man" is definitely one of my favorites of his but I love all of them on this CD. Buy it - you won't be sorry!!

I really liked "Johnny and June" on the radio, so I bought this CD. There are two or three other tracks that showcase Heidi's remarkable voice. I prefer the softer, slower songs like track #5. I love country music, but often find the women's voices too high to be enjoyable for an entire CD. Heidi seems to have a good range to her voice, so this is the CD that's currently running in my truck on my drive to work and home.

To start off with we are talking Alan Jackson. His music is great. The only thing that would of made it a better cd was if there were more songs.

This debut album for Ashton Shepherd is amazing. Her voice is strong, unique, and beautiful. If you enjoy strong, solid country music you will find yourself loving this cd. I highly recommend this to all country or non country fans.

Aside from your everyday Christmas songs, this also has a song Brad wrote and performed when he was 13. The Kung Pao Buckaroo snag too and that was hilarious. I don't who they are but they are but what a great ending to the CD. This CD adds holiday cheers to our cookies baking and decorating. A very Merry Christmas!

It seems like every time I turn around Tim McGraw is releasing another Greatest Hits CD. The difference between McGraw and some of the other artists that keep releasing recycled hits, is that McGraw has such a steady string of hits that he has excellent new material for each offering. Greatest Hits # 2 features 16 great songs, many of which highlight McGraw's smooth voice and incredible selection of songs. He continually chooses songs that seem to resonate with people. From ballads to faster songs, McGraw seems to be at home in most styles. Not many artists can sound just as at home with Faith Hill and Nelly. My personal favorites are: The Cowboy in Me, Red Ragtop, and My Little Girl. There is not a bad song in the bunch. This is 5 star excellence from McGraw.

George Jones is country music. This CD is George at his best. The duet with his daughter (and Tammy Wynette's daughter) is amazing. Her voice is much like her mother's and when she and George sing together it's magic. She is a great talent. And the rest of the duets are great with great artists. If your a George Jones fan, this Cd is a must. I saw him live just a few years ago in a small venue in Spokane, WA, and his voice is was "smooth as whiskey" and true to the songs that we all love. I love many of today's country artists, but some of their songs sound so generic, no originality and soul. I know there are writers out there with songs that should be heard through these amazing voices, but I'm not hearing many of those. Paisley is a great musician, one of the more witty song writters around. So not only do you get to listen to good music, but if you pay attention to the lyrics your will end up laughing also. He is a better guitarist than he gets credit for.
