She has some great songs on this album. I bought it for the song "Realize" but the other songs are nice as well. Her sound is evident on this album and if you like "Realize", then you should like the rest of the album.

I will be honest, this is the first Beck CD I have ever purchased. In the past I would here a track and say to myself, "wow that is so cool". It seemed like a post-modern mish mash, very unique---at first. In reality it was like Doritos...delicious at first, but not sustaining. I am glad there were all those previous recordings, playing with strange musicality (kind of ultra-white boy chic)and wacky lyricism because it leads to this release. Gamma Ray was the first track I heard, and I wanted to chalk it up to more junk food fare, but I could not. It was so infectious I had to have more. The rest of the CD is similarly brilliant, infectious, and actually of great substance. There's no need to give this album an extensive review because it speaks for itself. Jenny Lewis can sing, play music, and also write creatively. Go out and buy this album. The recording is not too slick and it's not cheap sounding at all. Great albums like this remind me of the reasons why I DON'T listen to the radio.

This review is written by Mr. Bradberry's students: The beatles' number one hits was a great album that they have put out. I think it was a great compilation of there hits. They put it together and had it sold in stores and they had there fan base grow 10 fold. But some of there songs that are on the album should not be on there and they also could have made it into a two disc set. The songs may be scatterd into many of there Cd's but they all came together in one great compilation and as you all can tell i give a five out of five. If fans truly love the beatles they should buy this cd, and be prepared for a revival of beatlemania. unlike today's boy band the beatles actually wrote their music. 83 years old! 83 years old for God's sake, and he's still not only putting out albums, but damn good albums!! BB King's new album is a wonderful experience. He plays covers of classic blues tunes in his own special way, and sounds as fresh as he ever did. I had read that in the studio the aim was to sound like his older 50s recordings, and this was achieved for sure. I still just get constantly amazed when I think of King's age and track record. You think 50 Cent or the friggin' Jonas Brothers are gonna be recording albums at 83? Not much else I can say about BB King here except that the album is great(as to be expected anyway), and it's more than worth the purchase. If King still sounds this invigorating I can only hope he's got at least two more albums left in him!

Ingrid's new CD, Be OK, is a great listen. From the first track to the last, you won't be disappointed. She has a smooth voice and her songs are very unique, making them even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this album!

Dido is a great singer from the UK. I have just recently purchased this album and have listened to it just a few times, but I love it. Usually I purchase select songs on itunes for my ipod, but this album must be purchased as a whole, because the whole album is great. It is great the whole way through. It has paper cover, similar to the new Sarah Mclachlan CD. Never want to say it's love is a great track, as well as Don't believe in love.

This is a great JM CD if you are already a fan and are looking for that extra acoustic take on some familiar songs. I love the vocal rhythm changes in "Slow Dancing in a Burning Room" and the soft guitar in "Belief" I definitely think that this offers a cool, chill feel to John's music, and is a nice tag along with "Where the light is?"
