I love it when its raining hard outside, especially when I'm sleeping. This CD does a fantastic job at recreating the sound of rain. I find myself sleeping better and longer when I have this CD playing at night. The sound is very mellow and there are no LOUD claps of thunder or hurricane winds. I love this CD.

I had first heard of Peggy Cappy on PBS where her Yoga for the Rest of Us DVD was being sold, so I looked into that on Amazon.com and found this CD. I have difficulty falling asleep, usually due to the inability to "turn off" my thinking. I figured I'd see if this CD would help, and I have used the CD every night since, for about the past two weeks. The 1st track is a welcome message, the 2nd gives instructions on preparing yourself to relax, the 3rd walks you through achieving relaxation, then at the end pulls you out (if you haven't fallen asleep!), and the 4th relaxes you to a full sleep. I start with track #3 and can honestly say that I always fall asleep during that track. I had skipped over buying this CD for quite some time thinking that it would be very similar to the Chakra Chants CDs 1 and 2. It is quite different, and beautifully done. It is great to meditate to, as well as great to use for ambient music. The rolling sound is very rejuvenating and inspiring. I don't find it to be repetitive. The OM's are continuous and layered over each other. I actually play this CD in the car while driving which I wouldn't do with most CDs of this type. It is not somber or slow enough that it would cause a case of "falling asleep at the wheel". It has enough energy flowing through it to keep your awareness in the present. What a beautiful CD! First, i was amazed of the cover but when i have bought it, i realized that there are more things to explore within the songs....a great relief for relaxation, i have played it over and over...till my stress gone out! Recommended to those who are tired of whole day work at the office...here is the music from Jen Gads....discover also Achillea and Sleepthief!

I love this cd. I transfered it to my mp3 player so I have soothing calming music whenever I need to relax.

This single track CD is exactly what the title says - an Eternal OM. I love this CD! It induces a deep state of relaxation in me, allowing me to move more quickly into deep meditative states, or just to de-stress as I go about other things. Although I love it and gave 5 stars, I will say that a rare few of my clients find the Eternal OM too repetitious and droning to be soothed by it. They tend to be the ones who never stop thinking, who are extremely mentally active, those who process every detail consciously and are distracted by sounds that don't resolve. If that is you, you might not like this CD, but most people love it and want to own it themselves.

I bought this Pure White Noise cd after my $100 white noise machine died. I like this cd MUCH better. It sounds so much better than the machine did and the white noise from this cd works much better too. I use it to block out noises when I am studying and reading. I also put it on at bedtime for sleep on "repeat" and it plays over and over all night long. My daughter uses it to help her baby settle down and sleep... and it works! I am so happy to have found this cd at only a fraction of the price of a new machine! If you are looking for good white noise and want to save a lot of money, get this pure white noise cd. A great purchase.

I love this CD. This CD is different from other Kuan yin songs i heard in South east Asia ( most of them r like too much in chinese style and fast) . I love that these music r smooth and relaxing style. All songs show the feeling of compassion.. peacefulness.. i recommend this CD.
