Incredibly beautiful music! Along with "Zen Garden" this is one of my top CDs that I can listen any time over and over again. Too bad I only have 5 stars to rate it.

Absolutely the best, most restorative experience you will ever have, that I have ever had in my years of listening to various CDs. You will notice the effects and affects of this wonderful musical journey from the very first track--- there are 2 wonderfully lengthy ones --- and enjoy the depth of relaxation you discover during the playing-time. The first track is about 25-30 mins. and about 8 mins in you will know exactly what I am talking about in this review. So, purchase this Brain Massage 2.0 CD and experience it for yourself. My wife and I attended the taping of the show at Disney World in Orlando Florida. It took two nights to complete the taping. We enjoyed both nights. And the DVD of this program is Fantastic. If you enjoy Jim Brickman and Disney Music you need to get this DVD.

I have a private practice in massage therapy and my clients love this CD. Every song on this cd is really beautiful. The soulful sound of the flute is so haunting that the clients relax deeply by the 2nd song. It is about one hour long so it works well for an average session. It's the most requested cd in my office.

I'll not enter into the debate over "pure bells and bowls" versus electronics. I believe to do so misses the point entirely which is that this is a wonderful CD and serves its purpose masterfully. I first heard it on "Hearts of Space" and had to have it. I use it for yoga practice, standing chi kung, and zazen along with the second volume. It evokes a calm and peaceful mindset, and for that reason alone it is worth having.

I just heard about this CD not to long ago from a friend, and they were right - this is one of the most beautiful and peaceful records I have ever heard! Stanton's music is a great way to get some sanity and return a little "piece of mind". Really great cover to cover!! S

I was disappointed with this product, for reasons that are perhaps idiosyncratic with me. I am a very light sleeper, the slightest "unexpected" noise will wake me up. So I wanted this Thunderstorm cd to sleep to (having it on "repeat" obviously) to block out all other noise. Unfortunately, it's not just rain with the occasional sound of thunder. Also included is the sound of rain dripping off a house onto the ground below. Dripping noises are much different than raining noises, and not at all pleasant! Then there's the sounds of birds chirping, which also gets on my nerves (I'm trying to block out early morning birdsong, as it is!) So if this had just simply been rain, alternating between light, medium and heavy rain, and thunder, it would have been great. But there's too much extraneous ... Read More

This is the music of tranquility. If you have a decent stereo you hear the whispering winds in the background and the harps and chimes coming from all around the room. I was just introduced to 2002 two months ago and I am getting the whole library. This is the same music massage therapists use to relax their patients before a massage. Just beautiful.
