Sleep Easy helps me get to sleep whenever I am under extra stress. I have been able to stop relying on sleeping pills which never really worked that well.

I enjoyed this cd more than other relaxation cds because it had a constant sound. The waves sound realistic. The sounds were not constant in other cds I've used to fall asleep to in the past, which would cause me to wake up. There is nothing more aggavating than finally falling asleep to a cd to have it snap you awake with a loud sound as the cd comes to an end. This cd perfectly lulls me to sleep and I stay there long after the cd is finished.

Krishna Das's voice and background music is very soothing. Perhaps, one would say connecting spiritually with your "higher self".

Not bad. I like drums and solid beats, so it is good. A little "new-agey."

I can't speak highly enough about Riley Lee's music. He is The Master! Several years ago I heard one minute clip on the internet from Riley Lee's CD. That was enough to transform my whole life and get me into studying of shakuhachi. I have been practicing yoga and martial arts since early 80's. Shakuhachi music became indispensable part of my daily practice. I highly recommend these CDs!

This CD is the best I ever heard. It is so so relaxing, and tranquil, it will take you back to the summertime months, filled with joyous memories of the beautiful ocean air, sounds of the seagulls, and just pure relaxation. Just sit back and meditate to this music, close you eyes, and you will love it. I am actually hosting a meditation night open to my friends, with soup and bread to start the evening, & using your CD to do this. Thank you so much for making my life more relaxing! It is the perfect CD, in great condition. Thank you.

Different than many of the other CDs I have tried, these meditations take me to a deeper level and is very effective at achieving a calm state of awareness. Lives up to the good reviews and more.
