Prodigy rocks the house as usual. Solid songs and a beat that never quits, propel this from start to finish. No fluff, no flutter, no puff, just a portable rave for your earphones, stereo speakers or laptop. Even technophobes will not be able to resist the infectious beats. This is one of those albums you will play many, many times and never tire of the music. Considering the price for used copies on AMZ, this is a true bargain.

If you like trance Christopher Lawrence is one of the best and 00 has great stuff, too. I love to use this to run or bike to (lifecycle). I used to dance to it, but have slowed down on the night life.

I've always been an agnostic when it comes to remastered versions of classic albums. However, this brilliant album was remastered by Robert Fripp himself, along with Simon Heyworth. As a result, the integrity of the music is maintained while the quality of the recording stands head and shoulders above the remastering attempts of others. "Wind on Water," which originally sounded more or less like solid chords, is revealed as an intricate network of looped sounds. "Evensong" likewise is exposed as having much greater depth than I ever suspected. As for "Evening Star," a piece of music so beautiful it seems as though it simply dropped out of heaven, it's even richer. Vangelis has reached an honor place among the most emblematic, prolific and imaginative creators of atmospheres at the moment to compose a soundtrack. Try to imagine just for a moment what would it have been about the legendary cult movie Blade runner if not for that formidable theme, for instance; and the same question turned around Chariots of fire. Only Vangelis `s kaleidoscopic state of mind could make it. And this album contains some of his most representative titles along almost thirty years of fruitful trajectory. Go for this CD without hesitation.

Jazzmaster's V is simply a perfect CD that one will play over and over again. I particularly like "Children of the Ghetto". Buy it if you like Paul Hardcastle, or never even heard of his magic. There are no regrets with this CD.

This is definitely a good CD. It's hits from the Sugarhill Gang, whom many musical historians have designated as the first rappers. Or maybe it's that "Rapper's Delight" has been thought of as the first rap song? Rapper's Delight kicks off this album, and it's very catchy, chock full of creative lyrics [unlike today's swear-filled rap records] that make for a funny song. The full version, which is here, is very long. The rest of the disc shows itself very much a product of the times in which the songs were written, the early 80s. That's fine, but it's just that a number of the raps don't really have the flow I usually associate with rap. So the record ultimately didn't impress me enough for 5 stars. Good stuff tho, definitely worth 4.

As all other reviews will tell you.. Vegas is clearly the best Crystal Method CD. Tweekend does not top Vegas by any means but is easily my second favorite Method CD. If you are a Crystal Method fan, you should feel no anxiety about purchasing Tweekend. It's different than Vegas but PHD, Wild, Sweet and Cool, You Know its Hard, Ten Miles back and Tough Guy are all solid cuts. As others will state it is a little bass heavy but I like it that way. Tweekend is a nice compliment to any Method fan collection.

I was expecting something smooth, but this CD goes way beyond that. It is very 'pop-ish' and not at all what I expected. Overall I would not recommend this CD for anyone that loves Trance or Techno. This belongs in the very 'lite house' rack.

I've bought several of Steven Halpern's music over the years...All are very good,but Relaxation Suite is extraordinary. I give my wife relaxing deep tissue massages and Halpern's music sets the tone and completely relaxes her. The entire CD is exceptional....not a weak link in the bunch. You will NOT be disappointed with any part of this CD....it's that good.........John Burch Austin,TX
