Like many of you out there, I have been a Madonna fan since I was in grade school, over 20 years ago. I've been through the ups and downs of her career, through all of the publicity stunts and changes of style. While I was hoping for another album similar to Confessions (which I LOVED), Hard Candy holds it's own. It is time for Madonna to enter the 21st Century and take a bit of a risk, a departure. That's exactly what she does with Hard Candy, but without losing that essential Madonna vibe/sound. This CD has a very dance, pop hip-hop vibe. With masters like Justin Timberlake and Timbaland, you can't lose. What a masterpiece, great voice and beats...Protishead deserve a great medal for been the pionner of this paradox music...

I start listening to ISOS since the vol 3 edition, and after being disappointed big time by ISOS5, i got ISOS6 and it was a great comeback; now with ISOS7, definitely tiesto comes back as a great trance dj. CD1 is a perfect chill/light trance CD with great tracks, amazing vocals, its a incredible CD; mixing is very good. I think CD1 is the master piece of the ISOS7. CD2 is great trance, good for a warm up, very nice mixing. Track 4, 10 out of 10. I saw him live 3 weeks ago and he played a lot of this album material and its awesome, Overall the album is amazing,

This CD really blew me away from the first note to the last. Each and every song fills my soul. What an awesome bunch of musicians. I would have loved to have experienced the sessions with them. Amazing.

I am a big fan of the Nightmusic series. Nightmusic vol 1 still and will always be my favorite and all-time best trance album (or any album for that matter!). Although I say 5 stars to all 3 of the series, I say this one has a place between 1 and 2. 2 was awesome non-the-less, but there are just some really strong tracks on this album that gives it an extra edge over Nightmusic 2. Another thing I love about the Nightmusic series is how well Helstrip blends the tracks together. They make his albums into 80 minute trance sessions rather than just 15 tracks. CD1 01. The Thrillseekers Ft Fisher - The Last Time: 5/5 - Great vocals from Fisher here. As a hardcore Mariah Carey fan, I was so very excited for this album. I had been waiting for it ever since I finished listening to her fantastic 2005 comeback album "The Emancipation of Mimi". Mariah herself said that this new album would be the dessert to the main course that was TEOM. Unfortunately, that's not true. This album is such a departure for Mariah...it's vapid, soulless pop-n-b. The beats are run-of-the-mill, the lyrics are sophmoric, and all in all, each song sounds like it could have been done better by Beyoncé. This is the worst album in Mariah's discography. It finds her nearing 40 and yet still trying to desperately for fit in with young R&B singers in their 20s. Mariah can't be a Beyoncé, she can't be a Ciara, she can't be a Keyshia Cole. It is a shame that marketing can make or brake an album. Madonna sells millions LAuper barely breaks top 40 and it is a better album. Rock on

ABBA's GOLD is a good album, has about everything I remember them doing, and has lots of songs on it. I am very happy with it.

This is a AWESOME CD. For those of you who are and want to be a Donna Summer fan yes the Queen is back as one of her song says. From the first song "Stamp your feet" to the last song on the CD this is a extraordinary piece of work by the Disco Queen of the late 70's and early 80's. She has mixed so many types of music in this CD. The lady can still sang and is as beautiful as ever. It's a short review I just hope you buy the CD as I did and enjoy it as much as I have.

Santogold is truly one of the best new alternative albums of 2008. In fact it's probably one of the best new albums in any genre. It's hard to produce an album of original music, and when a new artist has a debut this strong people should definitely take notice. True, there is nothing that ventures into new territory per se. But in terms of execution, the production, music and vocals add up to a very enjoyable listen. For those that like female rock vocalists, the lead sounds a lot like the lead from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs except pushed through more synth. Yes it's true, there is an attempt to mix a blend of musical styles. But I kind of feel like that aspect is over-emphasized from a marketing point of view.
