What a waste of time! The only people stupid enough to listen to this garbage are the same '60's-fixated slobs who drool all over themselves as they wait in line (shivering with liberal angst) to hear this creep vomit all over our flag in concert. Move on, folks, the '60s are over and this guy still sucks.

Has some great songs. Love tracks 4, 5, and 6. I've had this CD on rotation in my car since it came out. Just don't get tired of it. Highly recommend getting the whole cd, rather than buying individual songs.

I love the bluegrass type songs on here, especially Early One Morning. Love A Bold Young Farmer. Somewhere gives me shivers. Every time a new CD comes out, I think, well they just can't find any more recordings. Luckily, I'm wrong. A must for any Eva fan.

i love this C.D. she is very talented, and i love her style. but the songs are sad, and i've tried to not be sad personally, so i gave this to a friend who might not be saddened.

Noisiy guitar riffs, loud vocals, risky lyrics and cheesy slow ballads made this album just perfect for lost teenagers who are looking for a new Avril Lavinge to follow.

Apart from a few good ones, including of course the hit singles, there's not really much new on this "Pink-meets-Avril Lavinge-wannabe-Alanis Morisette" experiment.

The good ones are really good and the other ones, well, are just not much relevant... Probably, rather than releasing full album, a Maxi-EP would have been better enough as one can feel how some of the cuts are in here just for filling.

Good, but not much more of it.

6.Life Death Love and Freedom by: John Mellencamp

John Mellencamp has been in the music industry over 30 years, and on this, his 23rd studio album, he mostly zeroes in on what it's like to age (Mellencamp is 56 now), and death.

"Life Death Love and Freedom" (14 tracks; 50 min.) is as far away from his early/mid-1980s heyday as a mainstream hit-making artist as he's ever recorded before. Once cannot miss the almost constant focus in the songs on getting older and death. "If I die sudden/Don't tell anyone/There ain't nobody needs to know" laments Mellencamp on "If I Die Sudden". And "This getting older/Ain't for cowards/This getting older/Is a lot to go through" he croons on "Don't Need This Body". The production by T-Bone Burnett is exquisite (although not as pervasive as on the outstanding Robert Plant/Alison Krauss album). Be aware: there are no sing ... Read More

This doesn't strike me as a "Greatest Hits" exactly, but is a good studio collection for a great sale price. All in all, it has a nice mellow quality about it, but if you're looking for something with more "adrenaline", go for the live recordings of the "Nine Tonight" cd.

Allison Krause is the sweetest, loviest person on the globe. Good for Plant for lending his rock god name to a project that is her essence as a late life bid for irony. Good show Bobbie!

I read about this film and the beautiful music that created the foundation of the plot. I watched the film twice and couldn't get the songs out of my head! I had to buy the soundtrack, and I have really enjoyed the songs, particularly those by Glen. Such talented songwriters, with beautiful harmonies, and so much emotion. If you like folk or singer/songwriter music, you will love this album.
