I discovered Girl Talk after stumbled across his remix of a Bonde Du Role song. There's 250 samples from 167 artists on the album. This is what happens when an engineering student discovers drugs. Play this album in your car and watch your friends ask, "hey, what is that?" Play it in a club and get everyone dancing. Sense of humor mandatory. Gregg Gillis is the mash up shiz.

If you are a club-goer, you are going to love this album. Disc jockeys all around the world will agree that Moby has truly outdone himself this time. There are two #1 club play singles to be found here - "Disco Lies" and "I Like To Move In Here." But honestly, every track is worthy - there is zero filler to be found on Last Night. Forget all you think you know about Moby - this makes Play a distant stagnant memory. I hope my review brings this album up in the rankings - it is deserving of Top Ten status! I love this CD. This was the first Zero 7 CD that I ever had and it is still my favorite although When It Falls has it's moments. I first heard these guys on a compilation CD that I picked up at the library and I immediately knew that I would be buying their stuff. In the world of chill they are standouts for sure. They put the ahhh...in acid. Great vocals and mood creating progressions. I always get this one out when it is time to relax around the pool and really get into some serious lay-back and get-high. This music has a warm, sexy rich texture to it that evokes the feeling you get when the sun is beating down on your skin and you feel like your melting. I Have Seen, Destiny, Simple Things,and Waiting Line are exceptional tracks. Buy it.

Just bought this CD a couple of weeks ago. I enjoyed listening to it because there's something different about these music compared to contemporary ones. Although obviously they are very modern, you can say Moby's technique of utilizing notes harks back to medieval times. The prolongation of some notes (which are hypnotizing) resembles those of the chants used in religious services. The transitions can be compared to majority of the classical/baroque music. And who could miss the vocals that resemble arias?

Nowadays I found is very hard to get great albums and by great I mean albums that you can hear from start to finish without skipping any track and finding yourself going back to the songs to hear those again and again. Thats how I declare an album a favorite of mine. As I was saying, lately its being very hard for me to get and album like this and the thing I like the most about this album (I know its a greatest hit album...) is that just when you think you have had enough of good songs and that there is no way to be more impressed there comes another song equally or even better than the last song. This album has such merits and is now, in my 1000+ cd collection one of my favorites. Thanks Moby.

Not only is the movie one of my faves but so is the soundtrack. I have an addiction to buying soundtracks and this one tops the list of my many. Its so good I'm using a few of the tracks for my wedding.

I first noticed Jamie Lidell on the Craig Ferguson Show. He totally rocked that performance! Immediately after the show, I went to Amazon and purchased this album. It reminds me of the great funk and soul artists of the 70's - Earth, Wind and Fire, Smokey Robinson, Temptations, etc... The album runs the spectrum from "mellow funk" to "take no prisoner rock". I have recommended the album to everyone that I know and they are all fans! If you like retro funk music, you will love this album too!

This album is my second favorite by Delerium, topped only by Poem. It is hugely listenable. After a stressful day at work, this CD has become a favorite to relax to. I'm not particularly fanatical about Delerium. I don't have especially strong ties to any one Delerium style, or album(s), but this is one of my favorites.
