Ok I have no intellectual words to describe this CD....EXCEPT IT ROCKS!!! "Rocks" meaning that this album brings you to a musical wonderland. I got lost in it and I didn't want to be found man!!! Once again, Sir Paul, THANK YOU!!!!!! Whatever you and Youth did in your little music room....it freakin worked! I would say...Heck yes!...buy this CD!! WOO HOO!!!!

I've owned this 1990 CD release since 1993. It was the first CD I ever bought. This CD covers Madonna's best songs from her 1983-1989 albums. Everything from "Holiday" to "Vogue". All of these songs are rerecorded versions of the originals, so they sound a little different than the originals. Thankfully they didn't stray too far from the originals though. They are not crappy remixes or anything of that nature, just slightly updated for the time (1990). This is still one of my favorite CD's of my ever growing collection. I love about 15 of the 18 total songs, and that's unheard of!

Overall, this is seriously bland. This album has few bright spots- the brightest of which, "Paper Planes", leaves all other tracks in the dust. This could've easily been a fairly solid EP of 5 tracks, but as a 12-track album, this is desperately lacking substance. Desperately. It appears as though she rushed this release to take advantage of the hype brought by her debut. Disappointing.

A must to own this Maxi-Single for all the Madonna's ardent fans out there. I was in Sydney, NSW, Australia recently and the Club DJ spin "Give it 2 Me" Oakenfold Extended Remix and the Dance floor became massive. This is definately another solidified collaboration taken from her "Hard Candy" Album.

I bought this CD at the CD store. I got it on my birthday. I heard it was a great CD, so I bought it. It was great! My parents and my nanny liked it, too! It has a little bit of funk, disco, and electro. I really liked how they mixed it all together! This CD was very good.

Another great cd from Madonna,she has done it again.Great dance album the collabration with Justin Timberlake,Timbaland,and Kanye West fit beautifully!Ohh,if you ever get the chance to see her in concert,you will have a great time!!The Sticky and Sweet Tour was one of the best shows i have ever been to,and can't wait til she goes on tour again.I will definitely be there!!!Madonna the Houston show on Nov.16th was awesome!!!

I recently got into dance music, and quickly discovered acts like Daft Punk, Justice, and Kavinsky. At the same time, I've been getting back into vinyl records. I did a search here on Amazon for Justice, thinking I would buy their 'Cross' album, and found this in the search results. A brand new vinyl maxi single for under $10? I'm there. I was disappointed that it didn't have the Carpates track. Strangely enough, this didn't have the same tracks as either of the releases Wikipedia mentioned. Rather odd. Another classic Madonna collectable at an affordable price. First, be prepared : the plastic sleeve housing this wonderful picture disc is way too tight and you'll have a hard time sliding the disc in and out. Add a sharp-like-knife vinyl border (as though this thing was meant to kill, really...) and you're likely to get a sleeve with a 3-inch seam split on each of the three sides, as I did (although the vinyl is clearly brand new). It was probably manufactured that way, so I won't cry about it, the disc is likely to be displayed out of its sleeve most of the time (who really buys these picture discs for their musical content anyway :-).
