I have been a fan of Collide for about 4 years now since I discovered them in my Amazon recommendations. They put out the kind of music I like to hear. This has been long awaited and does not disapoint. It is full of the classic Collide sound. Possibly their overall best. Every song hits it just right. I'll be listening to this non stop for a long time.

When this record came out it established a new sound, the heaviest thing ever heard at the time! It was a very intense experience, nowadays psalm 69 remains Ministry's best effort so far. Among the best Industrial metal records of all time.

Afi's Davey Havok and Jade Pugent have come together to make this fabulous electronic album that emcompasses both their strong points, Daveys vocals and jades art of writing and mad beats! Has a certain 80's feel to it in some places.

Natural Born KIllers was this movie that I always found to be intriguing, but I was never really sure if I actually LIKED or not. I've seen various different cuts of it and whatnot, etc. Yada yada...

THE SOUNDTRACK on the other hand, is an instant classic, made up of a nice selection of music that shares the same vibe and emotion of the movie:dark, angry, and original... also it's very good. I think just thr right songs were used in this film, ranging from some classic songwriters, some classic songs, and some classic songs as covered by some good indie names that some of your more unconventional music fans would no doubt dub classic. Also, as a lot of the audio clips from the movie are spliced in a long the mix, in pretty clever ways, you get a pretty good essence of the story too, as you listen... ... Read More

Its a good thing that MSI has re-mastered "You'll Rebel To Anything" LP. Now all they got to re-make are the 1995 EP (Conains 8 tracks) and Tight (Contains 14 tracks) because they are both too damn expensive to buy right now. Tight goes up to about $300 bucks for a new and sealed CD. The last 1995 EP copy went up to around $500 bucks on ebay a few months ago for a new and sealed CD. So please MSI, re-make 1995 EP and Tight. So it can be affordable once again. Right now i will just own those 2 albums on CD-R versions. Heres my review for "You'll Rebel To Anything (2008 Re-mastered)" down below...

Shut Me Up 5/5 stars (One of my favorite songs on the album)

Stupid MF 4/5 stars (Good song)

Straight To Video 5/5 stars (My top 5 absolute favorite songs of MSI and probably one of ... Read More

I should say off the bat that Futureperfect is easily my favorite VNV Nation Album followed by Empires, Praise the Fallen and Matter + Form. Burning Empires holds a special place in my heart just because of the Janus remix and Especially because of Saviour with Vocals.

In my mind this album has outdone VNV's previous effort of Matter + Form and even ranks slightly above Praise the Fallen for me.

So with that said JUDGEMENT is a Excellent album that feels like a change for the better after Matter + Form felt a little bland at times on the album, I loved the stand-out songs but felt they were too few and far between.

With Judgement the opening and closing songs alone did it for me more than anything else. I'm a huge fan of slow melodic vocal free synth music so those songs ... Read More

The KLF had a brief career yet extremely high-impact on the dance music scene during the late 1980s and early 1990s. With their innovative use of stadium crowd sound effects, their music could very well be a form of "stadium house". Their 1991 album "The White Room" is the soundtrack to a film of the same name, a film I have yet to see. Yet despite all that, "The White Room" is simply among the most magnificent, spectacular and innovative albums of the early 1990s, or ever for that matter. For some reason, this band always ranted about something called the Justified Ancients of Mu Mu which eludes me as of writing this review.

Note: This review is on the nine-track American version of this album.

"What Time is Love" begins with a cold-breeze sound effect intro that merges into the bluesy ... Read More

10.The Land of Rape and Honey by: Ministry

Music : The Land of Rape and Honey
After Ministry's second album "Twitch" was released Al Jourgensen was still not satisfied with the industrial-dance sound he created so for his next album he decided to add guitars into the mix. When "The Land of Rape and Honey" was released in 1988 it gave birth to the Industrial-Metal genre and influenced upcoming Industrial-Metal bands such as Nine Inch Nails, Static-X, Fear Factory, and Marilyn Manson. This album and their next album titled "The Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Taste" are cosidered the most important albums in the Industrial-Metal genre and are still Ministry classics to this day. Songs such as "Stigmata", "Flashback", and "The Missing" are instant classics and the song "The Land of Rape And Honey" is both heavy and something you could dance to. This album also introduces Ministry's new bass player ... Read More
