When it comes to lively, easy to listen music, ABBA does the trick. For anyone who has not yet seen the film or musical "Momma Mia," this includes the best pieces from that musical. ABBA has found a universal formula to share pop music and make it enjoyable and timeless. The collection does, however, lack two or three of their other important hits.

When I first bought this CD I knew that I would be pleased, in which I was. Come to think of it, there were quite a few songs that became newly favorites of mine, such as "Honey, Honey", "Angel eyes", "Under Attack", and "Thank you for the music" are very good. I thought ABBA Gold was inspirational, but this CD is impressive. From what I've learned the name of ABBA actually comes from the singers first initials themselves. As in the following: Anni-Frid Benny Bjorn Agnetha I recommend this album and music group to anyone, especially to those who are seeking good and decent music.

Bought this for my sister who was really into the Spice Girls at the height of their fame. I've listened to it with her and there are a couple of good songs but I was in my late 20's when this came out so it was a bit past my interest level. Music and vocals are ok. If you are a SG fan, you will like this cd.

Anastacia's fourth full-length endeavour finds her delving into the mainstream sounds that have worked so well for Madonna, Kylie, Girls Aloud and the Sugababes. However, the sound is still pure Anastacia. "I Can Feel You", the first single from the album, resonates with a 70's funk sound, and (of course) her soaring "I'm Outta Love" style vocals. A great song with great dancefloor potential. "The Way I See It" pays homage to both Amy Winehouse and 60's Motown. Definitely has "single" written all over it. "Absolutely Positively" is a nice little pop song with a definite 70's Stevie Wonder feel. "Defeated" is an anthem of survival that resonates with a Mary J. Blige sound. Functioning exactly as its title promises, "Discography" covers the singles released by The Pet Shop Boys in the span from 1985's "West End Girls" to 1991's "Was It Worth It." While in England, they ran up a string of hits worthy of superstar status, in the US, their run of chart luck ended with 1988's "Domino Dancing" (from Introspective). Perhaps it was their very dry British sensibilities, maybe it was homo-phobia, but listening to this set from start to finish really does make you wonder why these great singles failed to find a home on American Radio. Some decent stuff mixed in with some tinny pop crap. What I will keep on the iPod wasn't worth what i paid.

Natalie Horler as the main singer of Cascada does a fantastic job on her songs and the vocals are perfect. There are honestly no songs on this album that I do not like to play, and dance around to. My friends all like her too, and I do not no anybody that doesn't no her. nearly every know the single "Everytime we touch." European artists like Cascada and A Teens are the ones that really make European music popular in the United States. Buy this album, and you will not regret it.

This was my first boy band album. I was about 14 years old and since then i never stop listening to them. My fav song on the album is "don't wanna lose you now" at the time I was going through my parents separation/divorce which killed me on the inside. And as a kid I wanted to do things to end it all but I learn to turn to music and writing. After all these years I still listen to that song because it best describe what i was going through during those days.Every day I kept it in my cd player on repeat. But now the cd crack into millions of pieces because i was trying to burn it.but over all i like the album.

I knew the artists and their songs had been played via pop radio. I reviewed the song epcerts prior to purchasing the CD, just to make sure that it was recorded in the format that I was seeking to listen to. The CD arrived in the condition it was stated to be in by the seller and I have been happily listening to it since I received it. Anyone who remembers the Backstreet Boys top hits will certainly enjoy this CD being added to their collection of music.
