This is the first time I found myself singing along to kids music since my kids came along 4 years ago. Highly recommended. Makes a cool, cheep Christmas gift too! And my kids love it and know all the words. QU......QU...

This is as generic and bland as rock music can get. This CD is immensely boring. This album basically embodies all the stereotypical radio rock elements you can image.

If you want the monotonous truck-commercial sounding riffs and awful wannabe-Pearl Jam sounding vocals, you have it all in this album.

There's honestly A LOT a band can do with 2 guitars, bass and drums. What drives a band to produce a CD of music which seriously sounds like it was made specifically for the radio? Probably money. Don't buy this album if you're a music fan. Leave this one for the casual radio listeners.

Probably the only rap-metal album that honestly qualifies as any good, and definitely the most violently liberal album I've ever heard in my life. Not like I mind, of course. But if you don't agree with the politics, it'll probably hurt your enjoyment of the album. Enough of that, though. The point is that this band is awesome. Especially guitarist Tom Mollero, who comes up with brilliant riffs throughout and throws in all kinds of innovative, crazy solos that don't sound like they're coming from a guitar. The solo on "Killing in the Name" sounds like it could've came from a synthesizer, for instance. The stuff he pulls on "Take the Power Back" sounds like turntable work or something, his solo on "Bullet in the Head" seems a lot like a clavinet, and the squeals on "Fistful of Steel" could be ... What can I say that hasn't already been said about this album? Probably not much but I'll throw my 2 cents into the mix anyways.

Although the musical talent of each member is absolutely bursting from all angles from start to finish, it was really Brandon's lyrical stylings that made this one of my favorite albums, and Incubus one of the most socially conscious bands of all time. I read review after review and I'm amazed at the number of people who don't really "get" what the lyrics pertain to. If you don't, I'd start figuring them out ASAP.

It's hard to describe what kind of impact this album had on me... I still get chills. Absolutely unbelievable.

This is the best album ever! Nirvana's finest...I grew up on this in the 90's and i'm 27 now and still play this album a lot. If i need a fix, i just pop in the cd and play Track 1...you all know it..."Smells Like Teen Spirit".

This album is timeless. Which song isn't good? None. If you into the 90's rock era with the likes of Pearl Jam, The Smashing Pumpkins, Soundgarden etc...then you will love this...and if you weren't...you'd still love it.

Got this cd based on the song Hallelujah and everyone giving it such great reviews. Let me just say I am completely disappointed. I listened to it twice to give it the benefit of the doubt and found there are are only 2 or 3 songs I would ever wanna hear on this album ever again.

Undoubtedly my favorite Holiday CD. It has some goofy tunes that are total BNL style, and it's a must-have for any fan. I love the non-traditional versions of many of the songs!

Out of all of the Linkin Park CD's, I have to say that this one is my favorite. The majority of the songs on the CD are my top Linkin Park picks, with Papercut being my number 1 favorite! If you're a Linkin Park fan, this CD is a must buy!

Per the title, this was everything I expected, but I was really hoping for a few surprises.. I think the most enjoyable part of the whole set was the booklet that came with it, it had a history of Nirvana and I learned a few new things about the band. I pretty much bought it because 1) It was on sale and 2) I got my first car in 10 years that had a CD player in it.

I think anyone that actually buys it will think it's well worth it. If it wasn't for the booklet though, I probably would have given it 3 stars. I don't know why I didn't enjoy it more but the music seemed like it was either the same old stuff or something I didn't really care for.

Also Dave and the Foo Fighters were on Top Chef the other day :)

This is the big sell out album by grunge kings Nirvana. Grunge, a ripoff of the goth movement, hit big in the 90s, making heavy metal, etc. mostly passe and cheesey with a huge camp factor that when Nirvana got big, THERE they were past their prime just like that. Key tracks are: Serve the Servants, Scentless Apprentice, Heart Shaped Box, Rape Me & All Apologies. Wheras theatrical bands like King Diamond here hit most by the grunge movement, Judas Priest were forced to admit they're gay just to stay alive and Metallica forced to change their sound. After the 90s was over most of the big grunge bands had a dead lead singer.
