This CD is exactly what I was looking for!!! When I am scrapbooking or doing a favorite hobby, I love to listen to this cd . Plus, I run a child care home and put this cd on during nap time. The children seem to fall asleep instantly. Not enhanced with music, so it gives it the all naturale effect. Highly recommend!!!

Sleep Deeply is just what it says! It helps you to relax and sleep. A massage therapist used this during my session and it relaxed me so that I decided I wanted one at home to use at night. It is beautiful music besides helping you to sleep.

Did you know that listening to drums boosts your immunity? (Scientifically Proven) I bought this CD wanting to listen to some drums. Here the drums are in the background keeping beat, are drowned out by a multitude of other instruments and sounds, or they are competing with a flute. It sounds like there's even a keyboard and an electric guitar. You may want to keep in mind that I wanted to hear drums and would have been completely satisfied if there were no other instruments at all. The tracks feel chaotic and noisey. This is one of Steven Halpern's best. It is so tranquil and relaxing. Close your eyes and you are at the ocean!

Highly recommended. If ever someone needed help unwinding, it's me. I've found several disks that help with that: Misty Forest Morning, Heart of Peace and this, among others. I have to say Soothing Sanctuary is one that I go back to most frequently. It is just beautiful and peaceful, tranquil, soothing, you know all those warm and fuzzy things. Glad I have it.

I went through hell and back on a number of occasions during adolescents. When things got really bad, I would put this CD on and hope for the distraction. It worked almost every time. To this day, nothing puts me at ease more than this CD. It was a life saver, literally.

Amazing world fusion music with a Native twist. This and Sacred Earth Drums are my current drumming favorites. I love the blends of instruments from around the world mixed in with Native American rhythms. It creates a whole new kind of music that in my opinion anyone interested in peace around the world should really dig!

Pillow Music is awesome!! I have difficulty falling asleep and this music really helps. I was skeptical that music could actually help, but it does. I put this disc on, spray my pillows with lavender aromatherapy spray and it's off to dreamland.

I have enjoyed this CD to help me unwind after busy days. It's nice to listen to while making dinner and even when napping if kept low. This turns my normally busy home into a more peaceful place and slows the pace of our lives. I've listened to it while cleaning and folding laundry, and I think it has helped with my mood becaue I feel less bothered and annoyed by these chores.
