This cd is a miracle. I have a four year old and a six year old who have a very difficult time falling asleep and allowing themselves to relax. It is a struggle every night. If I didn't see this for myself, I would have never believed it. Within ten minutes, both of my children were fast asleep. Lori's voice is very relaxing and I can't wait to order another cd.

Bought it last week. I must say I am very impressed with this DVD. I am one who has great difficulty in taking time for myself and relaxing. I have a lot of stress which has caused much heartache. My counselor has suggested I try meditation so I got this DVD. That night I used it and was very impressed with the instuctors smooth clear voice. It is a very guided meditation that concentrates on body and breathing. When ever my mind started to wander, it helped a great deal in helping me to concentrate on me and breath. I was able be concious but be in a deep relaxed state. It helped me to release thoughts and stressers in a concious manner yet I was able to remain in deep relaxed state. I felt it also brought clairty to things that were causing the stress.

I have had such a difficult time sleeping and not only has this completly taken care of the problem but I am having incredibly restful sleeps. I actually recommend it to everyone not only those suffering from insomnia!!

The sample tracks sounded pleasant to me and I was curious, so I placed the order. I am very pleased with the purchase. I have some moderate experience with meditation and guided visualization, and from my earliest listenings of AMS 2.0 I noticed a difference in my relaxation and ability to turn inward. I know from actual teens that this is an amazing relaxation process! It's very peaceful and understanding. It's very good for teens dealing with anxiety, anger or just everyday stress! It really prepares you for everyday situations by teaching you breathing exercises and affirmations so you know what to do next time you feel stressed or anxious! A real winner!

Snatum Kaur's voice is hauntingly beautiful, and this CD is divine from the first note to the last. If you are a student of yoga, you may recognize some of the songs from your yoga classes. It's great for yoga, journaling, contemplation, meditation or just being.

The first time I listened to this CD, I was hooked. It is so relaxing that I listen to it every day. I bought one for my chiropractor to use in her office w/ patients to help them relax while they enjoy moist heat and wait their turn. I could easily fall asleep!

I did some research on this CD prior to purchase and I don't think their words conveyed the amazing qualities of this CD. I can honestly feel which chakra the different songs are targeting. I am a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and I have begun using this CD during my sessions and my clients are responding beautifully. Thank you, Jonathan Goldman, for producing such a masterpiece. I intend to investigate more of his work. I highly recommend this CD.

I highly reccomend any of Dr. Jeffrey's CD's to anyone over-high priced competitors. My one suggestion for anyone buying this CD is if you are going to use it FOR MEDITATION PLAY TRACK 2 FIRST!!! I say this due to a slightly mischievious piper solo about 10 minutes into the first track. This could be distracting at for unwinding. However, I recomend using this CD at night to increase chances of lucid dreaming. Always play track 2 first.
