Mark Farina has done it again. Smooth Music with a bumping beat and vocals thrown it to add to the rhythm. If you are not a fan of Mark Farina and Mushroom jazz you should be. I could go on, but I'll keep it short and sweet. Buy this recording. You will not be disappointed.

I used to own this CD but missplaced it 3 times. It was stolen once, bought a new one, a friend borrowed it and moved, then I left the 3rd one on the dash on a HOT day and it warped.

This was one of CM's best CD's. I listen to it most when driving, it makes the time fly by. I'm getting older but it's kind of a flashback to my club'ing days.

Prodigy rocks the house as usual. Solid songs and a beat that never quits, propel this from start to finish. No fluff, no flutter, no puff, just a portable rave for your earphones, stereo speakers or laptop. Even technophobes will not be able to resist the infectious beats. This is one of those albums you will play many, many times and never tire of the music. Considering the price for used copies on AMZ, this is a true bargain.

As all other reviews will tell you.. Vegas is clearly the best Crystal Method CD. Tweekend does not top Vegas by any means but is easily my second favorite Method CD. If you are a Crystal Method fan, you should feel no anxiety about purchasing Tweekend. It's different than Vegas but PHD, Wild, Sweet and Cool, You Know its Hard, Ten Miles back and Tough Guy are all solid cuts. As others will state it is a little bass heavy but I like it that way. Tweekend is a nice compliment to any Method fan collection.

First I saw the WEAPON OF CHOICE video with Christopher Walken. I'd never really heard FATBOY SLIM and that was my introduction. The cd has a few greats and a few misses. I wish KALIFORNIA had been on it.

All in all, it was worth the money.

Don't do it! I absolutely loved the first three verve remixed cds and have been enjoying them for years. The first opened my eyes to a whole new way to listen to jazz and even directed my classic jazz collection's growth. Since then, I've been quick to pick up each newest iteration and have been wowed by the cool tracks on the first three. This one, however MIGHT have one track worthy of sharing. I am totally disappointed.

(Note: I'm a huge fan of this band and my beef has nothing to do with the music.)

How much would you, dear fan, pay for two new songs from your favorite band? Does $22 sound right? Unfortunately, that is the going price of this Greatest Hits, a collection containing even fewer tracks than 2003's Singles 93-03. Billed as "DJ only, ten ultra-rare Electronic Battle Weapon tracks", the bonus disc seems promising until you put it in and find that the majority are demo mixes of previously released material such as "It Doesn't Matter", "Under the Influence", "It Began in Afrika" etc. - and these all sound fundamentally the same as the original versions! In defense of this disc, the new tracks are really good, particularly "Keep My Composure", a collaboration of the Chem's sexy, soul tearing ... Read More

This is realy a cd for nike but for fans it is a (RUN) throu just about all of thair albums combined in to one.If you own (ALL)of thair albums not just (vegas)you would see that nike picked up the tab for a greatest hit compulation / remix album. If your a real fan or knot and have the lust for electronic music, this will DRIVE you (GREAT ALBUME) 4****

David Holmes first release under his own name in at least five years doesn't disappoint. Not the dark and introspective vanity project that you might suspect, The Holy Pictures is, in fact, a strong and uplifting collection, featuring the smooth production that anyone familiar with Holmes' music would expect, along with hooks aplenty. It's also essentially a "Rock" record as opposed to Holmes' past excellent work in the DJ/Dance and Soundtrack genres. The opener, "I Heard Wonders," kicks the disc into gear with a driving beat, sweet surf guitar accents and Holmes' vocals reminiscent of Primal Scream or JAMC at their best. "Love Reign O'er Me" (fortunately not a cover of The Who classic of the same title) is another highlight. Instrumental tracks like "The Story Of The Ink" and "Melanie" are among the finest of Holmes' ... Read More
