Darius has done such a great job on this breakthrough CD. I don't think he gets enough credit for this talent. Welcome to country! Would definitely recommend this to a friend!

These shows have been a source of much interest since the concerts and the CD audio, while not their best, is quite good, indeed. The DVD, however, is basically home movie quality, including the concert footage; in other words, crap. The performances on the CDs are good, but not consistent nor great, and so worth investing in to become part of your Dead library, but the DVD is barely worth watching once, let alone repeatedly. The packaging is great & thus the 4 star review.

I'm old school....I still buy whole albums because I'll hear one song on the radio or somewhere. And most times, I'll find a song better than the one I bought the whole album for. This CD no exception. Some good hooks on some of the songs. Sure, a couple of duds but in general a very good disc.

I've had 2-20-93 (the middle night of "At the Roxy") as a cherished part of my tape collection since the mid 90s. The Pharmers Almanac rated it as Phan Pick #3 and I couldn't agree more. Since the Saturday night show of this three night string has long been one of those mystical and exalted sparklers, it's a good place to begin. The second set especially spectacular in an unusual way. Many of the band's songs reference other Phish songs. In addition to 'Mike's Song' featuring a 'Tweezer' bass line, it contains a nod to 'Fluffhead' It was one of those epic shows that featured a 'Tweezer' that lasted the duration of the set. Jimmy just keeps cranking them out. This is a classic, I have 3 copies so I'm never too far away from one. If you are a parrothead and don't own this album, shame on you.

I would like to state that I am a Dave Matthews fan and own all of his albums. Crash is hands down not only my favorite DMB album but on my top list of all cds (I own over a 1000 cds). The DMB is known as a touring band that can take any song and turn it into a 10 minute jam. Most of the crowd favorites of any concert are songs off the Crash album. In my opinion the entire album is solid from the well known to the least known. I would be comfortable in saying that the DMB should offer a money back gurantee on this album since everyone that I know enjoys it including a buddy who listens to bands such as Slayer. If you are reading reviews to decide if this cd is worth the money, I can only say put it in the cart you will not be disappointed.
