Yes the beautiful Rhiana. She is a Caribean Princess with very authenic vocal quality and she uses to own her tracks, this is no exception. The hook like the meaning of the song resignate with everyday life that it is difficult not to like the song. The video and her training in ballet is obvious and makes the song almost a phenomenum. The choreographer did an amazing job and Rhiana looks the part. You have got to give her manager and those intrusted with developing her career because she is on track for superstardom....her lasted hit which is not even on her last single Take A Bow is on heavy rotation on video and radio. This CD of the late Mary Wells is one to have in archives. I always remember listening to Mary Wells on the radio as a kid back in the 1980's. Her song "My Guy" is heard alot. The one I do like alot is "You lost the sweetest boy". Which I heard it in 1989. Awesome writers. I know that Mary Wells was out in the 1960's. Great singer and very beautiful person. I remember back in summer of 1990 that she had throat cancer. Everyone was shocked. Of course in mid-summer 1992. Mary had went on to heaven and will always be remembered forever. I'll keep this CD for years to come. Mary's legacy will go on. Even though she's up there watching us that are fans of her. We'll always love her songs ... Read More

It's truly amazing how true talent can lie dormant or not be exposed to a more appreciative fan base. If there was no amazon I probably wouldn't have found this album. I am from the Caribbean and trust me, there are very few of us here that know of Robin Thicke. A musical genius, his "blue eyed soul" is some of the best music I've heard in years.

She never gives you what you expect! So this time I had no expectations and she still surprised me. Her subject matter is topical, relevant and never preachy. 'The Sloganeer' comes from so many directions, I couldn't tell if it was social comentary, political diatribe or religious angst (sprinkled with sexual undertones). I love this song! I've never really listened to John Legend before this but his soulful voice really captures you! It's such a soothing song that so naughty at the same time. lol. The first time I heard this song they were playing it on the Eric & Kathy show on Chicago's WTMX 101.9 The Mix for their Two Strangers and a Wedding Social Experiment. They played it during the wedding reception and he is just as good live as he is on this CD....if not better! That's a hard quality to find in artists now-a-days. Long story short (too late) BUY P.D.A.!!!!!
