Product was received in a very timely manner. Music was predictably Halpern which is exactly what I wanted!

This CD for me didn't quite make the cut for chakra healing in comparison to other sound therapy and chakra balancing CDs that I own. Halpern is a well-respected artist in the field with many years of experience and I don't discredit that he has a feel for what he is doing, however, I am disappointed with the musical composition of Chakra Suite. The music on this CD is similar to beginner and intermediate finger warm-up exercises for keyboarding, basically consisting of climbing up the musical scale and back down again. The music is relaxing to a degree for me, but also becomes annoying with the climbing up and down on the keyboard. I play this almost every night as I go to sleep. I rarely get to the end before falling asleep. It seems to me as though it never starts in the same place twice- so it's like a new CD each time. It's not like you're anticipating the same melody over and over. I have several soothing CDs which I have purchased thru Amazon. They are all unique, and I love them all. I find the reviews to be reliable when I am looking to buy more CDs like these.

Warning: I do not fit in with the "new age" hippie folk who bought and reviewed this album. I got this album because I wanted something soothing to fall asleep to - this mission was accomplished, as the music is quite soothing. But, I have listened to several Halpern records and I must say, for how many albums this guy puts out, a lot of them sound the same. Yes, the genre lends itself to repetition, which is part of the soothing aspect he is going for, but cmon. I also don't subscribe to the "energy" bs that a lot of the reviewers claim to feel when listening to it. Feeling "energy" from the music is just a snobby way of saying they liked it. It did not heal you, it did not purify your soul. It sounded good and made you feel better. ok.

CD is very calming and helpful with effective relaxation exercises. Soft, soothing male voice takes you through a visualization of different muscle groups with tightening then letting go of them. My husband always fall asleep before one session is over. This has been very helpful in treating his Chronic Pelvis Pain Syndrome.

I've bought several of Steven Halpern's music over the years...All are very good,but Relaxation Suite is extraordinary. I give my wife relaxing deep tissue massages and Halpern's music sets the tone and completely relaxes her. The entire CD is exceptional....not a weak link in the bunch. You will NOT be disappointed with any part of this CD....it's that good.........John Burch Austin,TX

While this cd is obviously tailored towards a stress filled society and is to be recommended for that I personally enjoy the relaxing music of [...] The two cds I possess have a variety of stunning sounds tailored towards the relaxation market which I can recommend anyone looking into this particular genre. These cds are highly recommended

Less than enthralled by this collection, I found the pitch to be of such high frequency that it was painful to the eardrums. I was unable to concentrate suffice to meditate. Although I sampled the tracks before buying, reducing the volume of the stereo simply did not create the desired effect. The music would have been quite good had it not been so high-pitched. Libera, Angel Sublime I and II by Aeola, and the angelic voice of Maria Callas are recommended. Guided angelic meditation cds are avalable from Amazon.com.
